Table 1 tabulates the materials and the cutting conditions used in the experiments.
This can prove that materials swelling exerts an effect on surface roughness [9].
Materials swelling is more prominent in copper alloys than in aluminum alloys.

Abstract: With low-k dielectric materials taking the place of oxide dielectrics as the primary dielectric materials, the low-k dielectric materials and interconnection Cu metals during Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) is becoming a critical surface quality issue as well.
However, the mechanical strength of porous low-k dielectric materials is worse than that of dense materials.
Chang’s paper which published in Thin Solid Films [4], alkaline slurry is harmful for low-k dielectric materials, for example, its k value obviously increase and Cu2+ can involve in porous low-k dielectric materials and lead to further pollution.

Introduction: Composite materials are a type of material composed of two or more distinct materials that, when combined, exhibit properties and characteristics that are different from the individual materials.
These materials are created by combining a reinforcing material, such as fibres or particles, with a matrix material, such as a resin or a polymer.
Composite materials are created by combining two or more substances while ensuring that each retains its unique features.
Materials that are 100% biodegradable and recyclable are also environmentally friendly.

Two-component or multi-component composite materials today occupy a large place in modern construction.
This article analyzes the methodology for testing the thermophysical properties of these materials, reveals a new approach to determine it, taking into account the links between the thermal conductivity and the thermal diffusivity of materials.
Parker to measure the thermal diffusivity of a variety of different materials in 1961.
The obtained results have been compared with the known tabular data of the test materials [11, 19].

The same significant variation of 222Rn concentrations also could be observed with different content of moisture in building materials and environment (Tufail, 1992).
This is due to another factor that influences 222Rn concentration at BK 8 such as building materials itself.
