Before 1980s, the total Civil Air Defense space is about 59.9 square meters.
The early Civil Air Defense constructions are in small scale and low standard.
Since 21st century, the city has rapidly development, but Civil Air Defense engineering is still an important part of the underground space.
The early construction of underground Civil Air Defense projects space does not have the characteristics of commercial space.

The analyses and numerical example results show that FVM1 is the optimal finite volume scheme, and suggest that in practical civil, architectural and hydraulic engineering calculations, schemes should be selected carefully and FVM1 is a good option.
Introduction Numerical computation methods have become a key means to solve practical civil, architectural and hydraulic engineering problems, which benefits the development of computational mechanics .FEM is a common numerical computation method to solve differential equations.

Analysis of Important and Difficult Points in Steel Structure Engineering Construction The steel pipe columns have few specifications and heavy weight.
The overall erection sequence of steel structure is from A-axis to M-axis and the erection should be made in conjunction with civil work construction.
The construction progress of core-tube of civil work should be earlier than that of steel structure at least one storey.
Conclusion The construction plan and civil engineering structure construction plan are reciprocal.

The supplement of the three-dimensional topographic data was completed by Civil 3D combinedwith Google Earth.
Jingru Li [2] proposed three-dimensional dynamic visual simulation technology of hydraulic and hydropower engineering based on Geographic Information System (GIS).
One was the information based on the measured topographic survey points, the other was control node elevation information obtained by Civil 3D and 3dsMAX.
The three-dimensional solid information had a variety of sources, such as engineering feasibility study, design papers and satellite imagery etc.
According to the divide tender program of the engineering, civil construction and installation of Yuzhou and Changge section is divided into 8 bid section, and the third and fourth section are the study areas.
