The aim of the present study is to clarify the actual conditions of indoor thermal environment with building materials, which built after 1980 years in urban areas of Zhejiang Province.
The results show that the wall materials of the most residential buildings are clay solid bricks, the most windows type is aluminum alloy, and the most buildings are uninsulated.
Fig.5 shows the wall materials of the investigated residential buildings.
The wall materials of the most buildings were clay solid bricks, and the ratio of perforated brick to all is about 20%.
Acknowledgements The current study is supported by Science Technology Department of Zhejiang Province, under the contract no. 2010C33067.

The research includes glassy materials, compounds, nanomaterials, metastable solid solutions, or disordering, and even modelling of energy transfer or mechanistic study during milling.
Then occasionally, powders are milled with process control agents (PCAs) [2] to prevent excessive cold welding, or to achieve an effective milling for less-ductile materials such as oxide powders in slurry.

The microstructures of thick-film materials are rarely the same as those of bulk materials [1].
For that reason, materials science can be defined as the discipline that studies the relationship between material structure and properties.
