The impacts of all the factors on RER of moistly-cured mortars are becoming steady when the age is longer than 7days.
Besides the property of expansive agent, the strength evolution of cementitious materials affects expansion as a "self-restraint effect", and the relationship of strength and expansion is very complicated.
Table 1 Chemical composition of materials Table 2 Factors of orthogonal test No.
They gradually become steady after 7d, so we only need to analyze rang of the factors at 7d instead of investigating all ages.

Introduction Titanium and its alloys have been widely used for aerospace, medical, and other applications because of their excellent properties such as high specific strength, good heat resistance and corrosion resistance properties.
Non-uniform green density distribution, coarse particle, gravity and friction are some of the factors that may influence on the distortion of the sintered parts [4].
The average oxygen content was 0.278 mass % after sintering, which is higher than that of the initial powder (0.115 mass %) However, this oxygen content level does not affect the mechanical properties [10].

In addition, the results indicate that the heating temperature affects the limiting reduction in area.
Moreover, we focused on strain rate sensitivity index m value to investigate the factor which affects the limiting reduction in area.
Therefore, the m value is one of the key factor of material properties in superplastic dieless drawing process.

The DEFORM material library was used to choose the temperature range for AISI 4120 alloy steel [70-220 F (20-1200° C)], while the JMatPro - Sente Software was used to test the AISI4120 alloy steel properties, as shown in Fig. 1.
AISI4120 alloy thermal and physical properties The structural analysis was performed using a finite element model consisting of 8234 points, 6444 polygons, and 6674 nodes generating volume with 29320 elements, considering three nodded triangular elements.
The stress, strain, total displacement, total velocity, and final temperature simulation results for the three selected temperatures are presented below together with their properties.

The Udimet® 720 has replaced the Inconel 718 due to its higher mechanical properties at high temperatures and other advantages in terms of corrosion resistance.
However, their properties, the tool life and anomalies which may occur during the machining, make the Nickel base superalloys “difficult-to-cut” [1].
The choice of cutting parameters (cutting speed, feedrate, percentage of emulsion in cutting fluid, etc), the low thermal conductivity which characterize these materials, the chemical affinity for tool materials, the tool geometry and the coating type are essential factors on the tool life.
These bars have the same heat treatments as the discs (solution Heat Treatment and aged) in order to obtain the nearest routine mechanical properties to the original discs (same microstructure, same grain size ≥ 8 (ASTM) and same Hardness HV ≥ 410 HV30).
Generally, the frequencies evolve due to different factors, such as stiffness, wear and contact nature between the tool and workpiece.

Considering the significant amount of factors influencing frictional resistance during sheet metal forming, analytical determination of the relationships utilized for calculation of the friction coefficient is practically impossible.
Sheet Properties Surface roughness was measured using Taylor Hobson Surtronic 3+ instrument and the values of basic surface roughness parameters were registered.
Friction properties of the steel sheet were determined by using the CSM Instruments pin-on-disk tribometer.
The material behaviour of DC04 steel sheet is specified using the following properties: Young’s modulus: E = 2.1GPa, Poisson’s ratio ν = 0.3, yield stress Rp0,2 = 164 MPa and mass density r = 7850 kg·m-3.
The shape of the earing profile seems almost uninfluenced by the friction type (isotropic or anisotropic), while material parameters affect the shape.
