The thinner metal film (<8 nm) would exhibit worse conductivity due to the discontinuous film of island structure; however, the thicker and continuous metal film would result in the high reflectivity to lower the entire transmittance in visible spectrum because of the continuous film structure and higher plasma frequency of metal materials.
However, it easily induces the poor electric conductivity due to the discontinuous film of the island structure.
The fatigue properties of the bi-layer structure films, subject to three-point bending fatigue test, are examined and compared to commercial products. 2.
Therefore, bi-layer structure could promote the optical and electrical property.

Table 1 shows the structural data for Ti-modified columbite structure.
This result leads to believe that lithium cation inclines to occupy Mg site in columbite structure.
Structural data used as models in Rietveld refinement for Ti-modified columbite structure, determined elsewhere in reference [17].
In spite of, lithium can be dissolved into MNT and PMN-PT structures, but its solubility was limited at 1mol%.

Furthermore, XRD investigations revealed that UV-TiO2 and Vis-TiO2-673 have an anatase crystalline structure while Vis-TiO2-873 mainly consists of rutile crystalline phases.
It could thus be suggested that the unique declined composition of Vis-TiO2 thin films with an anisotropic structure causes a significant perturbation in the electronic structure of the TiO2, enabling the absorption of visible light.
TEM and SIMS investigations revealed that Vis-TiO2 thin films exhibit columnar structures perpendicular to the substrate and a declined composition of the O/Ti ratio from surface (O/Ti = 2.00) to bottom (O/Ti = 1.93), indicating that such unique anisotropic structure plays an important role in the modification of the electronic properties of Vis-TiO2 thin films, enabling them to absorb visible light and operate under visible light.

The Electrochemical Behavior of Surface Modified Spinel LiMn2O4 Yang Chi School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Mianyang Normal University, Mianyang 621000, China Key words: Spinel, coated, LiMn2O4, lithium ion battery, cathode material, Electrochemical Impedance Abstracts Spinel LiMn2O4 is treated on its surface with CoO1+x/ZrO2 in this paper.
Also, the curves in figure 4 show that the coated cathodes were “W” shaped in the voltage range from 3.3 to 4.3v and had little changes in form, while the curves of the uncoated cathode were distorted “W” shapes, especially at high voltage, which indicated a structure change.
The CoO1+x like ZrO2 is amphoteric and it can also act as a scavenger for HF and H2O to form hydrated cobalt fluoride structures such as H2CoF5 (H2O) 5 and H3CoF5 (H2O) 6, alternatively.
Coated CoO1+x can form a crystal with the same spinel structure as that of the base spinel LiMn2O4 and this crystal can grow on LiMn2O4’s surface[21]in a continuous way on the edge of LiMn2O4 lattice.
The cobalt oxide with a spinel structure provides the 16c positions serving as a deintercalation and intercalation pathway for the lithium ions.

There are many air leak testing methods, according to different principles, it can be divided into: air bubble leak testing, pressure leak testing, halogen leak testing, helium mass spectrum, sink and chemistry leak testing and sound wave testing etc.
Although it has higher price and more complicated structure, it has high testing precision and small impact by external factors [6].
This system uses PCI or ISA bus, the data acquisition card (DAQ) into the computer PCI or ISA slots, because its make full use of the computer's resources, low cost, and at the same time greatly add to the test the flexibility of the system and expansibility.PC-DAQ system microcosmic structure as shown in figure 1 shows.

Durability test utilized to monitor RPC and methodologies that are for the corrosion of structures.
At the outset, it must be mentioned that, usually in a properly designed, constructed and maintained structure, there should be problem of steel corrosion during its design life.Besides these there are more factors, some related to the concrete quality, like as W/B ratio, cement content, ingredients in the concrete, presence of surface cracks, etc.Especially under the extremity circumstances, like the marine environment. There has higher chloride concentration in the air than other place, that makes the chloride diffuse faster, decrease the service life a lot.The cracks show up very early, the cost needed to rehabilitate deteriorated concrete structure is tremendous [3].
It can be seen that the overall impedance increases with time which is in agreement with the above discussed changes in concrete’s micro structure and with the observed decreasing in diffusion coefficient. Also shown in Table 1 is the chloride diffusion coefficient of an ordinary concrete [7] prepared with a w/b ratio of 0.40.

Human utilize coal, petroleum, natural gas, fossil energy and other resources and change the molecular structure of these resources, resulting in the unbalance of natural environment cycle and damage to ecology.
Coal accounts for 62% in primary energy consumption structure of the whole world.
Proportion of world's energy consumption structure is as below, petroleum accounting for 54%, coal and natural gas accounting for 18% respectively.
Influences of Chemistry We have learned chemical diffusing phenomenon in several small experiments in secondary school textbooks.
While breadth space resources provide human with energy, they have been changed their own molecular structure at the same time.

Some researchers refer these wall-like carbon materials as graphene nanowalls, based on the amount of graphene sheets and the exceptional graphene properties observed from the CNWs structure [6].
For instances, Meng et al. had deposited graphene sheets on graphene fiber using wet chemistry method, whereas Malesevic et al. and Hsu et al. reported few layer graphene sheets on CNTs using MW PECVD [6,8-9].
The structure is not well alligned but have significant expect ratio in the diameter with respect to the length.
Finally, the CNWs features are almost etched away at 50 % of H2 and eventually increase the density of the overall structure.

The a phase is a Cu-rich solid solution with fcc structure.
The retained b phase or b¢ phase is a solid solution with martensitic structure. This phase is high density areas of NiAl precipitate.
The kii phase shows a globular shape morphology, which distributes at thea/bphase boundaries. This phase has also a Fe3Al composition, butwith much finer structure thantheki phase.
Nevertheless, at higher cooling ratemicrostructure became finer. At the temperature of 900˚C and lower cooling rate, transformed products also appeared to be thea, fine kiiand b¢ phase, but with coarse grain structure.

This structure tends to make the laminate prone to failure along the intra-laminar layer and prone to failure due to edge effects.
The chemistry of impregnation must be involved at the paper making process.
In order to judge the feasibility of using a variety of processes and polymers for the production of these laminates, methods were required to obtain quantifiable properties directly associated with the structure of these laminates.
SEM images were recorded to give geometric data about the structure of the laminate i.e. the thickness of the layers within the laminate.
Fig. 7 Integrated Composite Waveform of Fourier Data The composites that failed in an intra-laminar mode showed a fracture surface, which had a fibrous structure when compared to a surface more typical of a woven composite shown by the composites that fractured in a trans-laminar mode.
