Their conclusions were: - a decrease in the natural frequency of the system when FSSI was considered; - an increase of the damping of the system, reducing the peaks in the seismic response; - the reduction in natural frequency was greater for slender tanks than for broad tanks, because the rocking component of the foundation motion was more important for slender tanks; - the reduction in peak response was more significant for short, broad tanks than for tall, slender tanks, because these type of tanks were able to dissipate more energy by radiation damping; - the effects of FSSI for convective modes were negligible.
For most interaction problems, the computational domain is divided into the fluid domain and solid domain, where a fluid model and a solid model are defined respectively, through their material data, boundary conditions, etc.
Maximum rotation of foundation is growing with the reduction of the subsoil stiffness.
Their higher concentration means a risk of a significant reinforcement cross-section reduction as the ions migrating towards the reinforcement increase its electrochemical corrosion and, at the same time, they cause concrete degradation due to crystallizing pressure.
Subsequently, the concrete covering layer disintegrates, the reinforcement becomes uncovered which then results in its cross-section area reduction and its static function decrease.

Fig. 3 Wing-body-tail configuration Fig. 4 Wing-body aerodynamic axis system Test Models The precursor study revealed that between Mach numbers of 0.3 to 1.3 the longitudinal aerodynamic data or data in the pitch plane showed approximately a 1.3-degree shift in the data between the FDM and metal model for the normal force (Figures 5, 8 and 11) and approximately a 0.8-degree data shift for the pitching moment (Figures 6, 9 and 12).
Except for these shifts, the data trends for each model type were consistent with each other.
The lateral directional aerodynamic data show some small discrepancies between the two model types.
The data do, however, show a slight shift in the data trends between the models.
On average, there is a .004 shift in the side force data trends slope and a .0003 shift in the yawing moment data trends slope between the metal and the FDM model as shown in figures 14, 17, 20 and 15, 18, 21.

By sorting out the input and output data of Chinese wind farms from 2005-2010 and constructing and measuring DEA input and output model, this paper finds that efficiency of government-led investment pattern is not high and also analyzes the reasons.
Efficiency Evaluation of DEA Model 4.1Construction of DEA Model.DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis), a new research field in operations research, is a fully new efficiency evaluation method based on the conception of evaluating the relative efficiency.
This paper uses the data from 2005 to June, 2010 as the rule to evaluate the efficiency of wind farm investment model.
And output index selects its generated energy and gross value. 4.3 Selecting of sample data. This paper constructs index system of input and output in accordance with selected indexes and uses the data of index system to evaluate the efficiency of wind farm investment pattern.
The data this paper used is based on the Chinese Electric Power Yearbook and Chinese New Energy and Renewable Energy Yearbook from 2006 to 2011,as Table 1. 4.4Efficiency evaluation results.

The experimental data from the first 4 months of the tests were used to calibrate the models and validation was then carried out by comparing model predictions with the data subsequent to the first 4 months.
It is therefore necessary to specify the prevailing environmental conditions, particularly the temperature, under which the data were obtained.
Creep data from the laboratory creep tests were normalized with respect to the applied stress, i.e. ec/s0, for regression analysis.
Therefore, the Modified four-element model, based on four month creep data, accurately predicts the creep strain of EPS up to 13 months.
This also indicates that the Power Law model, based on four month data, adequately predicts the creep strain of EPS up to 13 months.

To test whether the moral hazard effect of compulsory insurance exists in China, we empirically reviewed the data obtained from Guangdong, China by using logistic regression.
Since researchers are difficult to obtain random data and trace samples for long period relating to driving behaviors and insurance status, natural experimental data is thereafter the most widely used type of data when doing empirical studies [4,5,13].
Empirical method and data Due to this and the model we’ve discussed above, we draw hypotheses: Hypothesis 1: under compulsory vehicle insurance 1.
These data, obtained from the Guangdong Provincial Security Department, are extracted from the Traffic Management Sector-Specific Incident Case Data Report for the period 2006-2011 and are the only comprehensive and official source of traffic accident data in China recorded by on-scene traffic police.
Together with non-traffic violation accidents, the data contain 11,055 and 10,035 samples relevant to speeding and drunk driving incidents, respectively.

When only moment constraints are considered, Phillips[10] introduced the use of the maximum entropy(Maxent) method for modeling species geographic distributions with presence-only data.
Firstly, the data from engineering are arranged as the observed sample , thus the observed sample is a small sample.
Xu[15] used a method for data processing and optimization in geotechnical engineering to optimize above data, and good data are obtained in table 1 and table 2.
Fig.2 and Fig.3 shown the comparisons of distribution curves of experimental data for driven piles and bored piles.
Fig.2 Comparison of distribution curves of experimental data (driven piles) Fig.3 Comparison of distribution curves of experimental data (bored piles) From Fig.(2) and Fig.(3), the proposed method has an advantage that its fitting is more accuracy than classical probability distribution.

The latter method was used in this work and verified using experimental data to assess its correctness.
The results of the analysis of the calculated data of penetration isotherms depending on the frequency of control actions are shown in Fig. 5.
The data shown in Fig. 5, confirm the data of [16].
When interpreting the modeling data using the technique proposed in this work, it is necessary to take into account the following: experimental data obtained during electric arc surfacing with control actions in laboratory and production conditions [16, 17] do not confirm a decrease in the width of the deposited bead and, accordingly, the width of the melting isotherm in the base metal throughout investigated frequency range.
Nevertheless, the calculation results correlate well with the experimental data in terms of penetration depth.

The results of experimental studies of the different machinability group materials’ characteristics, including tool steel DIN C125W, heat-resistant steel (C - 0.1%, Si - 0.6%, Cu - 0.3%, W - 0.1%, Mn - 0.4%, Ni - 23%, P - 0.01%, Cr - 12%, S - 0.01%, V - 0.01, Mo - 1.5%, Ti - 3%, V - 0.001%, Al - 0.6), nickel-based superalloy (Fe - 4%, C - 0.1%, Si - 0.6%, Mn - 0.5%, S - 0.01%, P - 0.01%, Cr - 15%, Ce - 0.01%, Mo - 4%, W - 6%, V - 0.3%, Ti - 2%, Al - 2%, B - 0.01%), the changes in the minimum surface wear, maximum cutting path, and cutting temperature in the processing of these materials, as well as the experimental data analysis showed that the extreme values of changes in the materials’ physical and mechanical properties under the temperature impact can be defined as the minimum surface wear temperature and maximum cutting path temperature, that is, the conditions corresponding to the maximum workability of the materials.
It was established according to the results of the performed work for each of the processed materials that such mechanical properties, as the relative elongation (δ) and the relative reduction (ψ), as well as physical parameters, such as the thermal (linear) expansion coefficient (α) and thermal conductivity coefficient (λ) have minimum values, while the specific heat of the material (C) has the maximum value at the same critical temperature.
