Recently, LaB6 have been widely used in modern industries because of its
special properties, such as low electron transmission work, high chemistry stability, high neutron
absorbability, good poisoning resistance and high melting point [2-4].

According to the experiment results and analysis above, the double plasma metal infiltration is a very complicated physical chemistry process, and process parameters influence mutually.
