However, with the fast development of computer technology and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) during the past two decades, numerical simulation has become one of the common methods used to investigate the fluid-structure interaction problems.

Numerical simulation mainly use the software of CFD to simulate the two-dimensional or three-dimensional wake of wind turbine .Some researches using actuator disk method in which the body forces represent the blades of the wind turbine.
Linlin Tian etc. put forward a method of combining the theory of CFD and the actuator disk [4].

This paper presented simulation analysis of pressure distribution along a mixing blades propeller used in biodiesel reactor tank.
ANSYS FLUENT software was used to run the simulation.
The result obtained from the simulation is agreed well with the published data.

Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a branch of fluid mechanics that uses numerical methods and algorithms to solve and analyze problems that involve fluid flows.
Fig.1shows the configuration of the CFD model.

In this paper, we study the temperature and pressure distribution within the tunnel oven by the commercial CFD software-fluent. while the temperature of the vials, the heating process of the bottles in the tunnel oven.

Conclusion Through simulation, verification laminar flow tunnel oven can satisfy the GMP requirements, while comparing multiple simulations under different wind speed, get a optimum speed range of hot air.
But the simulation of the tunnel oven is a very complex process, in this simulation, the model was simplified at some extent, without considering the greater impact of the cooling zone and the preheating zone to the sterilization section in the practical production; And the differences the conveyor belt and insulation material will certainly affect the results; some of the parameters in simulation are set some experience date from the practic production, we should to further improve in order to ensure data accuracy.
