In this paper, we study the temperature and pressure distribution within the tunnel oven by the commercial CFD software-fluent. while the temperature of the vials, the heating process of the bottles in the tunnel oven.

Conclusion Through simulation, verification laminar flow tunnel oven can satisfy the GMP requirements, while comparing multiple simulations under different wind speed, get a optimum speed range of hot air.
But the simulation of the tunnel oven is a very complex process, in this simulation, the model was simplified at some extent, without considering the greater impact of the cooling zone and the preheating zone to the sterilization section in the practical production; And the differences the conveyor belt and insulation material will certainly affect the results; some of the parameters in simulation are set some experience date from the practic production, we should to further improve in order to ensure data accuracy.
