In the present paper, therefore, 0.67PMN-0.33PT powders with single-phase perovskite structure were synthesized successfully by molten salt method, the powders as prepared were characterized by XRD and SEM.
The crystal structure of the PMN-PT powders was determined using X-ray diffraction with CuKα radiation (λ = 0.15405 nm) at room temperature over the angular range of 10° ≤ 2θ ≤ 70° by step of 0.02°.
While for the CMO, stable pyrochlore phase Pb3Nb4O13 was produced firstly, which had high apparent activation energy and was difficult to transform into perovskite structure [13].
This indicated that lattice constant of PMN-PT varied small and their structure tended to perfect as the increasing of temperature.

These indicate that the structure of showerhead gas delivery system has very significant influence on the process uniformity.
The realization of improving the gas flow uniformity of the showerhead is better designing the inlet structure in a conventional way.
But we convince that it can obtain a perfect gas flow uniformity and make the structure simpler that remove the baffle plate or perforated plate at the inlet and optimize the holes geometry configuration on the showerhead face plate.
An infinite variety of combinations of the holes structure and density can meet a certain impedance profile, such as adjustment of the holes by changing the diameter or pattern or topology or the combinations of the three kinds of methods.

As seen from Fig.4, in this curing structure, the role of POSSEA as a cross-linked center, it will increase the cross-linking density of adhesive and improve the heat resistance.

Ecosystem health is a stable and sustainable state of ecosystem, which maintains the complete structure of its organization, self-regulation and its resistance or resilience to external pressure over time.
Initially, ecosystem health focused on ecosystem vigor, organization structure, and resilience.
Generally, Ecosystem health contains the following meanings: a system activity or energy is the symbol of ecosystem vigor; the organization of a system refers to the quantity and diversity of interactions among the components of the system; the capacity to maintain its structure and function or to recover from stress is regarded as the resilience of a system; The more healthy ecosystem is, the more services ecosystem provides; To keep itself health, a system presses harm on another one; Changes of the state of system affect human health directly or indirectly [9].

Steam oxidation is not a treatment that can produce structural changes, all the samples have the structure consists of ferrite and pores filled with iron oxides phases specimens .In Figure 3 is presented the optical microscope images of the steam treated specimens, the enrich areas of iron oxide were observed near the ferrite grains.
The diffraction analysis shows the formation of the spinel cubic structure type due to the strong reflection coming out of the plane (311), characteristic for the magnetite.
The indexed peaks as planes (220) and (311) are corresponding to a cubic unit cell, characteristic for the spinel cubic structure type [19].
