Based on the above characteristics, here is an improved genetic algorithm, namely: the genetic algorithm, the second iteration of evolution, resulting in outstanding individual parameters change interval as new initial model parameters change interval, re-computing the genetic algorithm, so acceleration cycle, the parameters of the excellent self-change interval will be getting smaller and smaller until convergence to a point, the distance of the point with the most advantages is generally small enough to meet the requirements of the engineering calculations.
In fact, in the AGA, it is the rational allocation of the number of outstanding individual AGA interval changes in the size of the initial value of the various engineering model parameters change has a strong adaptability.

Introduction
Civil Engineering activities are considered as one of major sources of air pollution, as the World Health Organizationmentioned in a report in 2009.
The Eco-costs (2012) comprise over 3000 emissions, and have been made operationally by special database for Simapro, based on Eco invent v2.2 from LCI (Lean Construction Institute) and a database for CES (Cambridge Engineering Selector).

Introduction
Construction machinery is transport, energy, civil construction, forestry, water conservancy construction, metallurgy, mining, defense and other critical infrastructure equipment.
The development of construction machinery created a good opportunity to expand the engineering machinery products market.
Lab application specific solutions allow users focus on their design and engineering issues, without having extensive time in creating and validating models.
Liugong R & D engineering machinery manufacturing base in northern II project will soon be put into production.

Introduction Plates are one of the most significant structural members due to their wide application in all fields of engineering.
However, most of the engineering materials exhibit noticeable time effects due to internal friction.
The unique aspects of this study and the possible contributions of the proposed method to the literature can be explained as follows: (i) By using this new functional, bending moment values that are important for engineers can be obtained directly without any mathematical operation.
