Chen[4] and Gao[5] used 2D numerical finite element method to investigate soil arch effect behind covered sheet pile to verify soil arch effect and the effect of pile spacing, pile size and soil property on soil arch effect.
The factors affecting the effect of covered pile are: the covered result increases with spacing between the covered piles decreases, with the covered pile cross-section size increases.
The mechanical analysis for covered type of sheet pile wharf and determination of rational pile spacing.

Experimental Study on the Reheating Process for A356 Alloy in Thixoforming Pei Tang1,a, Deqing Mei1,b*, Honghua Zhou1,c, Zhuoxiong Sun1,d 1Department of Mechanical Engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, 310027, China atangpeiys@sina.com, bmedqmei@zju.edu.cn, c200431390118@zju.edu.cn, d06jxlszx@zju.edu.cn Keywords: Induction heating; High frequency; Thixoforming; Microstructure Abstract.
Both of them will affect the quality of thixoforming seriously.
The eutectic microstructure must be remelted completely during the reheating process because fine Si particles in a eutectic microstructure have an adverse effect on die filling and mechanical properties.
So the first holding temperature and holding time are critical factors to improve the microstructure of the reheated billets.
(3) The first holding temperature and holding time are critical factors and have prominent effects to the microstructure of reheated billet.

Introduction The dynamic parameters are important mechanical performance indicators of characterization of soil under dynamic load; they are also the essential parameters of soil layer dynamic response analysis in earthquake resistant engineering.
Whether parameter is reasonable or not directly affects the seismic wave input results of non-rock site in anti-seismic analysis.
Lv Xiao Fei [3] studied the dynamic properties of Hangzhou Bay shallow silty clay by the DRNEVI resonant column and gave the variation of dynamic modulus with strain.
However the accuracy of the parameters directly affects the reliability of the results of dynamic response analysis.
Confining pressure σ 3 is one of the important factors affecting the maximum dynamic shear modulus. dynamic shear modulus under the same dynamic load Maximum and different confining pressures is shown in table 3.

(1) From the formula we can get that the maxim depth of failure floor strata in long wall working face is related to the buried depth of coal seam and the physical and mechanical properties of rock and coal.
When it transmit in media and encounter different dielectric properties of the interface, the electromagnetic waves will be reflected.
Fig.2 The theory of Geological radar The application and effectiveness of geological radar is related to the attenuation coefficient of measured media and the physical properties difference of the media in two sides of the interface in measured geological structure.
The rock physical and mechanical parameters which are used to determine whether exists destruction of rock mass is shown in table 3.
The main reason is to be affected by the upper coal mining.

Owing to these excellent properties, BMG has received considerable attention as a structural material, especially for small or micromachine components.
The mechanical properties of BMG have been widely studied; however, the fatigue mechanisms and mechanics still remain unclear.
The relation is slightly affected by the method to measure the crack closure.
The crack propagation direction may also be affected by the residual stress.
The residual stress parallel to the crack may affect the crack propagation direction.

The way of evolution will only lead to four agencies changes of the transmission ratio, and will not affect the overall performance.
In the process of inversion also exist many factors impact on it resulting  changes in the structure, by the equivalence principle topology,  topological inversion of RV transmission is divided into the following several aspects: The Ring Number of the Single Tooth Topological structure inversion topological structure for RV transmission in a single tooth ring number under different conditions, as shown in Figure 11.
Topological inversion map of a RV transmission According to the topology equivalence theory, the derived topological properties of new configuration derived are the same with the original RVtransmission is the same.

In the specific case of diborides the reasons for this can be attributed to different factors: first of all, the chemical composition and the surface structure of the solid specimens are hardly specified.
Oxygen transport phenomena affecting liquid surface tension, solid-liquid interfacial tension and contact angles have been thoroughly studied in recent years [[] E.
Kaufman: Thermodynamic Properties of Transition Metal Diborides in: Compounds of Interest in Nuclear Reactor Technology, edited by P.
Conclusions The peculiar physical, chemical and mechanical properties of transition metal diborides make them the ideal material for applications where extreme conditions are encountered, namely very high temperatures, high stresses, high surface mechanical and thermal loads.
However, the addition of active metals such as Ti, Zr or Hf to pure Ag, leads to very good wetting properties.

If the Si content of Al-Si series alloy exceeds 6%, the modification for acicular eutectic silicon is necessary to improve mechanical properties of the alloy.
Although contents of modifier and grain refiner are the most important factor that affects the treatment results, the melt temperature, holding time and cooling rate also influence the results.
Obviously, such microstructures will degenerate the macro mechanical properties of the alloy.

It is well known that the addition of certain amount the third element into alloys (boron) can markedly improve the mechanical properties e.g ductility [6-8].
Additionally, the FeAl alloys together with with Ga or B can help clarify the connection between magnetic and mechanical properties.
This complexity arises from two principal factors.
This is valuable for alloy design and understanding how an alloy's composition affects its properties [28,29].
This can impact their mechanical and thermal properties.
