Except the high resolution imaging capacity, AFM was used to research the physical properties of various biological materials [3, 4].
Therefore, individual red blood cells for AFM measurements would be able to provide a variety of factors on the impact of red blood cells.
Since cells had both viscoelastic and fluid nature, the force-displacement curves were depended on the probe speed, also affected the young’s modulus.
AFM showed the possibility of the measurements of mechanical properties of biological samples under micro-conditions; it associated the flexible data with morphology to get a better understanding of the sample and its structure in biological systems.

While restrictors working, the mechanical properties of the film, including the pressure distribution, load capacity and stiffness index are the key factors who determine the stability of the aerostatic restrictors.
The Mechanical Structure Design Restrictor is a device to result in cutting effect before the external pressurized gas entering the bearing clearance, and form stable lubricate air film with certain stiffness and bearing capacity.
To facilitate the calculation, some related mechanical parameters are marked in the body’s top view respectively as shown in Figure 4.
Gas enter the gap between restrictor and the rail working face through orifice  when experiment, changes in air pressure also affect the actual value of the dielectric constant, causing the deviation between theoretical and measured values .
Considering the difficulty of adjusting the controling error factors and the existing experimental conditions and methods, the error can be considered within the allowable range.

Deformation process of slope has been controlled by a variety of factors due to the unique geological, hydrological and meteorological conditions.
Introduction Deformation process of cutting slope is controlled by a variety of factors in addition to its internal geological control factors during the high grade highway construction and operation, but the external agency is the key factors affacting ing the development of slope deformation[1, 2].
Huge security risk is formed for highway construction and traffic and normal construction of roadbed is seriously affected.
Due to the influences of structure, there are crashed rock structures, and with intensive developed joint fissures. the main distance is about 5cm~20cm.The rock has the characteristics of gravel soil, because of argillaceous shale and carbonaceous shale mainly contain clay mineral, rich smectite and kaolin, completely decomposed shale and its weathered products has the character of high liquid limit soil, dry shrinkage and wet expansion characteristics, under normal circumstances the engineering performance is available, but after several alternation of drying and wetting its mechanical properties decrease, because of weathered rock mass has the character of cataclasite, so it’s easy for rainwater infiltration ,evaporation and discharge.
The main material components of slope were completely decomposed shale and its weathered products, controlled by structure and weathering factors, joint fissures of the slope rock mass intensive developed and rock structures are crashed, it belongs to the category of cataclastic rock mass.

Research on cutting vibration in high-speed milling nickel-base superalloy Can Zhao1,a*,Zibiao Wang1,b,Xuehui Wang1,Wang Xi1,Yangyang Shi1 1School of Mechanical Engineering, Heilongjiang University of Science Technology,NO.2468 PuyuanRoad, Harbin 150022, China azhaocan_hist@163.com,bbiao0529@sina.cn Keywords:Ceramics Tool; High-speed; Milling; Superalloy; Vibration Abstract: Nickel-base superalloy GH4169 is a kind of alloy with high intensity, heat-stability and heat-fatigability, so that is often used to aerospace field, but which has poor machinability.
But its processing manufacturability is poor, when using ceramic cutting tool in the process of high speed milling of GH4169 that was investigated with high cutting temperature, large deformation, strain hardening tendency, because of the intermittent cutting, large cutting force and vibration is intense, and the brittleness of ceramic cutting tool led to tool wear, seriously affect the service life of cutting tools, also can produce noise harm to operators which greatly limits the processing conditions and efficiency.
The cutting force most affected by the axial depth of cut, so that the vibration should be most affected by the axial depth of cut significantly.
GH4169 superalloy as workpiece material [4] (material properties are shown in Table 1), before processing the workpiece material through the solution and aging heat treatment, the testing process is the bottom of the workpiece clamping vise.
Tool selection model Salon cc6060 ceramic blade (specific parameters in Table 2), mounted on a 64mm diameter cutter head, cutter helix angle is zero, with the inclination of 6 °, when the milling tool and workpiece tangent feed, material removal from thin to thick, the tool can reduce the impact on the workpiece, climb the opposite, so I chose milling, GH4169 at 650 ℃, still has a high performance, while above 800 ℃, the material properties will be a sharp decline, while the high temperature ceramic tool in this still has good hardness, according to this critical point, in order to make the cutting process to produce high temperatures in the process of cutting a small amount of choice, high line speeds, dry cutting.

Corrosion is a change in the properties of a material, mainly metal, due to a reaction with the surrounding environment.
The results of this study showed that the inhibitor of organic Psidium Guajava extract was the higher the temperature given to the inhibitor, it does not significantly affect the efficiency of the inhibitor, which acts the corrosion rate.
In the Petroleum Industry, corrosion is a significant factor causing tool downtime, which is consequently costly and critical.
However, some materials such as carbon steel and metal alloys are generally highly affected by corrosion due to direct contact with concentrated hydrochloric acid.

Fig.1 Surrounding rock key block structure mechanical model of gob-side entry retaining The control over the deformation of the filling belt of gob-side entry retaining is the key to keep surrounding rock stability of gob-side entry retaining.
Three dimensional exploration identifies that there are seven faults in surrounding rock of working face, and five of them affect roadway excavation. roofs and floors rock characteristics on working face is shown in Table 1
The stability of the filling belt of composite-roof gob-side entry retaining in deep mine is related not only to the characters of surrounding rock, the width of gob-side entry retaining and mechanical properties of the filling material and so on, but also to the width of filling belt.

The heat created during WEDM process affects the workpiece surface and produces a recast layer and underlying heat affected zone.
Therefore, the machining parameters, including pulse-on time, pulse-off time, servo voltage, flushing pressure et cetera should be chosen properly according to workpiece properties in order to be able to obtain a minimum recast layer and surface roughness simultaneously.
The portion of the total variation observed in an experiment to each significant factor is reflected in the percent contribution.
This value indicates the relative power of a factor to reduce variation [12].
Underneath the reacast layer there is the heat-affected zone.

Its water reduction rate is 29%, air content is 4%. 2.2 The samples making and curing Concrete is stirred by the positive mixing for 3 minutes, sample s are made according to " Standard for test method of mechanical properties on ordinary concrete " (GB / T 50081-2002).
But the high temperature will affect the concrete strength after 7d age.
In process of the steam curing ,the expansion of the water and air inside the concrete results in swelling stress, and micro-cracks occur in the interface area easily. These all affect the resistance to chloride ion penetration property of steam curing of concrete【14】. 5.

These alloys achieve mechanical properties similar to many commonly used cast irons and a significantly greater specific strength [3].
