The structure of 1o was characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopy. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 1.98 (s, 3H, -CH3), 2.03 (s, 3H, -CH3), 2.22 (s, 3H, -CH3), 2.98 (s, 3H, -CH3), 2.99 (s, 3H, -CH3), 6.71 (d, 2H, J = 8.0 Hz, benzene-H), 7.05 (s, 1H, thiophene-H), 7.40 (d, 2H, J = 8.0 Hz, benzene-H).

In this paper, Ni/Al2O3 catalyst was selected on account of the following advantages: (1) the electronic structure of the nickel [2] is 3d84s2, which can react with material that with lone pair electron or heavy key, forming π-б key that can impel the reaction substrate activated; (2) Al2O3 has strong adsorption, good chemical stability and thermal stability, moreover, it is a porous and high dispersion material, its activity is not well, the interference is small during combination reaction, thus it was used as perfect carrier; (3) Al2O3 can improve the dispersion of Ni catalyst, leads to effective catalytic performance, and also greatly reduce the dosage of the precious metal, thereby, cutting down economic cost of catalyst [3].
