Abstract.
easily lead to defects such as cracks in the stamping process, and affect the yield of the product ,to bring the potential safety hazard of machine equipment, also brings economic losses to the enterprise. We usually obtain the mechanical properties of the sheet material by experiment and based on this to provide the scientific basis for the process design of the product. But the sheet stamping experiments are time-consuming, laborious and high cost. So, before the experiment using the finite element method for numerical simulation to sheet metal stamping experiment and using the analysis result to guide the sheet stamping experiment is very important[2].Abaqus finite element analysis software has the world's largest nonlinear mechanics user group, and is recognized as one of the most advanced large-scale general nonlinear finite element software in the world. It is widely used in machinery manufacturing, automobile transportation, aerospace, water conservancy and hydropower, petroleum chemical engineering
, civil engineering, national defense war industry, biological medicine, electronic engineering, energy, geological mining, building and household electrical appliances, and other industrial and scientific research field[3].Abaqus has very good reputation in technology, quality and reliability,so it can calculate and analyse the complex nonlinear and linear problems in some project .

According to the practical test, the system can suppress the high frequency sampling process additional all kinds of noise in the analog signal after secondary filtering software, the end result is to achieve high precision, can fully meet the needs of engineering application.
It can use in the engineering and meet the qualification Figure 2 The acquisition result of the system At last I think we can add software filter in our system, because the STM32 have a large library function, this made us easy to implement the filter.
