Ever increasingly numerous evidence shows that this materials science revolution can generate significant health, safety and environmental hazards, in addition to the social, economic and ethical challenges involvedBased on the precautionary principle recommended be the European Union and a thorough literature review, this research is intended to introduce a framework for further development of an Occupational Health and Safety risk management foundation in this field of concern.
Introduction Nanotechnologies are integrating knowledge and experience from physicists, chemists, and biologists, specialists in materials science, electrical and mechanical engineers, and medical and cognitive researchers.
Workers in nanotechnology may be exposed to new properties of materials and products that have health effects which are not yet fully explored [2, 3].
The synthesis and production of such new materials raises many questions and raises issues - or even concern - because of the incomplete and fragmentary knowledge level of health and safety risks associated with nanoparticles and nanotechnology.

The present study shows that the minor addition of rare earth affected the properties of aluminum alloy in various ways.On the one hand,it can refine grains, plays the role of fine-grain strengthening, that can improve the strength of materials but not reduce the ductility of materials[7].On the other hand,it can improve the electrical conductivity of aluminum alloy[8].

Because Solid65 element was designed for concrete, rocks and other non-uniform materials whose compressive strength are higher than tensile strength.
Solid65 element can define 3 different reinforced materials at most, it have four different materials at the same time.
