Among the polymers, the pHEMA, which has good biocompatibility and blood compatibility,
has been widely used for biomaterials, such as artificial cornea materials, and nerve scaffold
materials and coating for stent.[8]
The incorporation Fe3O4 nanoparticles (NPs), with good
biocompatibility, nontoxicity and the excellent magnetic properties have potential for use in cell
separation, enzyme immunoassay, drug targeting and hyperthermia etc[9]

For the physical mechanism of the dielectric relaxation, it was found that the effect of grain sizes for the high-k materials’ structure mainly originates from higher surface stress in smaller grain due to its higher concentration of grain boundary.
Introduction Oxide materials with larger dielectric constants (so-called high-k dielectrics) than 3.9 (SiO2’s dielectric constant) have attracted much attention due to their potential use as gate dielectrics in MOSFETs to overcome the gate leakage problem [1].
