In this research, the forming tests are conducted using a piezoelectric force transducer to
measure the oscillatory force data during ultrasonic excitation of the die.
The recorded signals were acquired using DataPhysics signal acquisition hardware and software for data processing.
The first set of force data was recorded from the load cell in the cross-head of the machine and two ultrasonic amplitudes of the die horn were excited; 12 µm and 20 µm.
The second set of data was recorded for an ultrasonic amplitude of 20 µm and the force was measured using the piezoelectric force transducer mounted between the punch and the machine cross-head.
The measurement data presented in Fig. 5 superimposes the force measured from the piezoelectric force transducer on the force measured by the machine load cell.

The erosion experiment process under the hypothesis of erosion behavior testing, artificial rainfall was used in the simulation erosion experiment, artificial rainfall event based on the data observed from the Lamtakong Dam area.
The runoff reduction ratio (RRR) is a ratio showing the reduction of the surface runoff due to the erosion prevention system.
The sediment rate (SR) of the erosion experiment test with the geocell erosion-preventing system, the SR values were shown in Figure 4, which has a similar data arrangement as Figure 3, which shows the data of RR values.

Simplified design method for any design service life According to the method of specification on long-term performance test, the long-term performance tests specimens are not less than 18 valid data and the maximum time not less than 10000 hours.
We think that the relationship between the reduction coefficient and double logarithmic linear extrapolation are consistent.

But we should notice that the reduction factor of different design life may be different in different conditions.

In particular, the conditions of rolling reduction (0~60% reduction in thickness) and heating rate (0.083 and 100 K/s) were varied to understand their effects on the microstructural development of DP structure.
The higher rolling reduction and heating rate resulted in the finer DP structure, leading to a large improvement in strength level. 1.
Therefore, an existence of fresh martensite is regarded as black colored no data region when the data with confidence index value less than 0.1 are removed, Fig3.
However, the grain refinement strengthening doesn’t lead to a significant reduction in elongation.
With increasing the rolling reduction and the heating rate, the grain size of recrystallized ferrite becomes finer and the tensile strength is more increased without significant reduction of elongation.

Firstly, the theory of Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is used to reduce the dimensions of measured data from traditional Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.
Data Preprocessing and Dimension Reduction Based On PCA Missing Values Replacement, Stratified Random Sampling &Normalization Processing.The missing values in the matrix data should be replaced by the Moving Average Processing, to reduce the effect of the wrong monitoring data.
To ensure that the data used for model training is typical and universal, the matrix data will be sampling by the method of stratified random sampling.
The sizes of the train data set and test data set from stratified random sampling are 500*44 and 48*44.
To evaluate the accuracy and the generalization ability, the other 2 methods, Moving Average (M-A) and traditional Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) are established by the train data set, and tested by the test data set.
