Every component's microstructure was discovered to be consistent, with grain sizes up to 5-grade.
Based on the above proposed objective function and according to a large number of simulation data and actual production experience, in the case of titanium alloy head ACDR forming load is minimum, the uniformity of metal flow and the uniformity of thermal parameter distribution should be improved as much as possible.
The primary α-phase, which makes up around 30% of the total, is distributed fairly uniformly and has a grade 5 grain size.

The distribution of the primary α phase is relatively homogeneous and accounts for about 30%, which corresponds to a grade 5 grain size.

Abstract: It can be stated that over the last ten years in the European Union, the number of bone fractures caused by osteoarthritis has increased twofold.
Introduction The increase of joint fractures number in the EU, anticipated on the grounds of the demographic development in the coming 50 years, would reach about one million.
In the case of Weller’s artificial endoprosthesis, the metal surface of the head is coated with randomly shaped chaos scratches obtained through abrasive grain treatment [5] The measured values of St for the metal heads of the Weller’s endoprosthesis barely reach the value of 0,702 micrometers.
The modified stochastic Reynolds equations in spherical dimensionless coordinates j,J1 for unsteady motion determined by the Strouhal numbers takes the following form [4,5]: (4) We denote: p1=p/p0-dimensionless pressure, p0=whR2/(e0)2, w-angular velocity of the head, h-dimensional fluid viscosity, e0-dimensional characteristic value of gap height, R-dimensional radius of the head, Str-Strouhal number, t1-dimensionless time, j-circumference, J1-dimensionless meridian coordinate.

The number of initially adhering cells on day 7 after seeding was significantly higher on the TiC surface than on the control culture dishes.
In films produced by physical deposition methods the nanosize of the crystalline grains is ensured by the formation of a continuous covering layer of the (amorphous) matrix during growth, blocking the growth of the crystallites.
The growth dynamics of number of MG 63 cells on day 1, 3 and 7 after seeding.
The number of initially adhering cells on day 1 after seeding was lower on the TiC nanocomposites than on the control culture dishes.
The differences in the numbers of the MG 63 cells in the grooves and on the prominences gradually disappeared towards day 7 of cultivation.

Only glass like smooth surface was seen on the surfaces of both the thin films without the presence of any grains or grain boundaries.
The thickness of these thin films was estimated to be <180 nm with much finer particles/grains.
The presence of nano-size grains could be responsible for the estimated higher band gap energy values for thin films when compared to those estimated for their corresponding powder compositions, which had micron size average particles.
The incident monochromatic photon-to-current conversion efficiency (IPCE), defined as the number of electrons generated by light in the circuit divided by the number of incident photons, is evaluated at 350 nm by using the following equation: IPCE (%) = 1240 ´ isc (A cm-2) ´ 100 / l (nm) ´ Iinc (W cm-2) where, isc is the short-circuit photocurrent density, Iinc is the intensity of the corresponding monochromatic light and λ the irradiation wavelength [2,3].

The SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) image of Zn-MnO2 showed aggregates of clustered grains, thus, no possible fracture lines were observed on the coating surface.
The Brinell hardness numbers of the materials were then calculated using Eq. 1.
The emergence of smaller grain sizes with the rising particulate content of Zn-MnO2 can also be identified as a factor contributing to the elevation in hardness values observed in the fabricated sample.
Brinell Hardness of Zn-MnO2 Coated Samples 4 Conclusion The research findings highlight the efficacy of the Zn-6MnO2 coating, as evidenced by a mass gain of 0.3g, which indicates increased coating thickness aided by additives, stimulating grain and boundary expansion, and overall property enhancement.

The flavan rings are labelled A, C, and B, respectively, with a systematic numbering of carbon atoms.
In this context, Figure 8 shows the number of published papers obtained when the term “antioxidant” and “microencapsulation” are introduced together in Scopus scientific database [57].
Also, one main limitation is the number of wall materials currently available which must be soluble in water, have low viscosity at high solids concentration and show adequate film forming properties [6].

The properties of the heat-affected subzones basically depend on the heat input, the number of heat cycles, and the base material.
In case of multi-layer welding, additional subzones can be found: inter-critically re-heated course-grained zone (IRCGHAZ) and sub-critically re-heated course-grained zone (SRCGHAZ).
The number of tests were determined by the size of the HAZ.
Therefore, the number of tests was between 324 and 750 per specimen.

We know, all information data are directly or
indirectly processed in expressing of numbers, the numbers in computer are a kind of Fixed
Carrying Numbers(FCN) that, its Fixed Carrying Rules(FCR) as follows: "Plus 2 as 1, borrow/lend
1 as 2",we call it Binary numbers, its Figures' Module(FM) is equal to 2.
Besides this, when FM=8, it is called Octonal numbers (Q); when FM=10, it is called Decimal numbers (D); when FM=16, it is called Hexadecimal numbers (H), etc.
But the Decimal numbers has been used for 1500 years in all over the world; it holds dominator of using numbers since the 6th century [2] A.D.
For example, we can transfer decimal number 255 and 21.625 into FCN such as Hexadecimal numbers(H), Octonal numbers(Q), Binary numbers(B), 5-Carrying numbers(two figures integer 41, two recurring figures of fractions 30), 6-Carrying numbers, and VCN such as 5-Figures(includes two figures integer 70, three figures fraction 343), namely, 21.625 15. 25.5 10101.101 AH Q B = = = = 5(41.3 0) • • = 6(33.343) = 8,3.6,6,6 (70.343) =… 11111111B=377Q=255D=FFH=(17F)10,8,16=(1771)2,8,8,2=(73)36=(43)63=(30)85=(10)255= When there is an irrecurring/recurring figures in the expression/computation, it means that a perturbation motion to be appearance.

But compared to the lower temperature, the number of burrs and deposits decreases; At the heating-up temperature of 700°C, the number of deposits continues to decrease, and the inner surface becomes smoother.
When the samples are heated above 900°C, the inner surface of birch carbonization has been polished, and the number of deposits on tracheid sections reduce and the sizes of deposit grains decrease.
This change makes it easier to cut samples, the number of burrs on the sections decreases, and the sections become smoother.
