MEMS is cutting-edge technology of the 21st century based on microelectronics, micro-mechanical and materials science.
Therefore, micro-force sensor is designed based on piezoelectric materials in the paper.
The piezoelectric materials have been known to nearly a thousand, but piezoelectric ceramics (PZT) and PVDF are most widely applied in smart structure.
Superiority of PVDF in the aspects is better than other piezoelectric materials.

Introduction
During recent decades investigations and developments on nanoscale materials have been more and more attractive in every field, because some materials with nanoscale size emerging exceptional performances which differed from the macroscopic bulk state.
Since the early 1980s neutron reflectometry was re-invented by Felcher, it was applied in condensed matter and materials science widely, in particular in polymer, magnetic, superconducting, and biology [18].
