Abstract:It is found that the samples usually melt and even gasify in the magnetic driven high-speed flying plate experiments, which phenomenon goes against the investigation on materials’ equation of state (EOS).
It is negative for the study of material properties.

Waste paper recycling, for example, the domestic large and medium-sized companies use more imported paper waste paper as raw materials.
One important reason is that the domestic waste paper raw materials cannot meet the requirements in terms of quality, scale, and supply stability [6], and have a higher cost of remanufacture.
The proportion of recovery materials in raw materials is β, which could be defined as remanufacturing rate.
