Batch of 15 g raw materials of reagent grade powders of TeO2 (purity 99%), Li2CO3 (purity 99%), Nb2O5 (purity 99%), Er2O3 (purity 99.9%) and Nd2O3 (purity 99.9%) are well mixed before melted in a platinum crucible at 900 °C for 30 minutes in an electric furnace.

In practical applications, the electronic label which stores the pig only individual identity, through to the electronic tag reads realizes information from slaughtered pig breeding to inheritance, traceability of pork processing raw materials in the process of information management, guarantee the processing chain of finished product can live one to one correspondence with farming, the slaughtering processing link with the upstream raw material production, and the downstream distribution, combining for pork products from farming to sales traceability of the whole security information
System Function
Food tracking and traceability of each link, not only will this part of the information, also gathered in front of the existing information, and all of the information will be marking on product labels, arrange another a link to use.
Pork products quality safety traceability of iot system set up, the whole process of data collection should include the whole production chain of pork products, according to the pork product traceability label on food packaging, through the website, cell phone barcode scanning terminals, bar code scanning guns, terminal can query to the origin of pork products raw materials, processing, logistics, transportation, sales, the corresponding source of information on pork products.
