However, the choice of proper process parameters, in terms of lubrication at the interfaces between the dies and the blank, and thermal parameters of the dies materials still represent critical points for the feasibility of the process.
Obtaining such targets cannot be done with traditional materials, and aluminium appears as the most promising alternative to steel in many applications [2].

Consolidants reinforce building materials by replacing cement that has decayed.
Therefore, their lifetime is limited and the building materials have to be treated time and time again.
Replacing lost cement in building materials is the mode of action of silica gel consolidants.

It is shown that the PANI in the two materials are all the perfect emeraldine structure [11].
At the same time, the peaks of stretching mode in the plane and flexural mode out of the plane of C-H prove that the PANI of the two materials are made by para-position polymerization [12] .

Introduction Replacing petroleum-derived raw material with renewable plant-based in production of polymeric materials was significantly increased the researchers’ attention due to their importance in environment and sustainability point of view.
However, in structural applications, oil-based polymeric materials do not show properties of rigidity and strength as required by themselves.

To date, there are many known applications for different types of construction materials to be joined and used as one component.
This is due to the use of high-tension materials with reduced thickness.
These results lend to a better use of the potential high stress oriented construction materials.

Investigating properties of materials using microwave cavities The principle of investigating dielectric properties of materials using electromagnetic waves in the GHz frequency range is based on the fact that an object under test, when placed into a microwave cavity, interacts with the electromagnetic waves in a unique manner, which can be specifically correlated with the properties of this material.
Experimental Setup Depending on the form of the sample under test, i.e. powder or a film, different microwave cavities can be used to explore the properties of the materials.
Post processing of the data identified a number of interest regions which are indicative of the materials being tested and thus can be used as a sensing indicator for these materials.

Meanwhile, the sample surface without peeling and cracking fully proved A, B are two good thermal shock resistance materials, and Ti2AlN/TiN composite is better than Ti2AlN.
The oxide film formed on the surface may helpfully improve oxidation resistance of materials.
To single-phase Ti2AlN materials, at the first stage of oxidation, an in situ reaction occurs on the surface of sample, in which both rutile TiO2 and α-Al2O3 are formed.
