There are two methods to resolve the problem: one is improving the properties of wheels steel and the other is optimizing the design of wheels.
The security and life span of a wheel is not only determined by the dynamic load, but also affected by the distribution of residual stress at a great extent.
Excellent residual stress distribution has become one factor of estimating the design of wheels.
The mechanical properties and chemical composition of wheel steel are showed in Table 1 and Table 2.
Influence of surface treatment on hardness and residual stress well as contract fatigue properties of 40 Cr steel.

State of preservation The Pellizzari’s Battery is affected by degradation processes of various kinds, including, in addition to anthropogenic, the most dangerous for the safety of the structure is due to the presence of ruderal vegetation, in particular of ailanto [4].
For reasons of greater efficacy and lower risk of injury to the substrate is preferred devitalizing a chemical treatment compared to only mechanical intervention, since the simple mechanical removal is not effective unless it can’t remove the root systems in a complete manner, and also the 'direct excision of vegetating structures with significant roots and deep can damage the substrate for the resistance of the roots [5].
The intended use of the project for the environments of the area north of the fort will be the 'set-up as a function of the creation of an information point or showrooms, in view of the organization of events and activities aimed at the promotion of the Hill and resources of the area, perhaps using the indirect form (being public property) for the management of the building.

By modifying the net diameter of the biocarrier's design, we aimed to investigate the impact of different pore sizes on these factors.
Specific properties were tested in water, i.e., durability.
This comprehensive examination of mass distributions enhances our grasp of the factors influencing the physical characteristics of these biocarriers.
The remarkable durability of the biocarriers can be attributed to several factors.

It is against such a background that the appropriate combination of factors that influence surface roughness be cautiously determined and controlled during product turning.
Additionally, functional properties such as frictional properties, corrosion resistance, fatigue life and fit of mating surfaces for assembly are all affected by surface finish [1].

These uncertainties can manifest during production and affect considerably the final quality of the part and their mechanical properties and can lead to the failure of the process.
Koç et al. [17] found that loading path and variation in material properties has a significant effect on the robustness of the THP and final part specifications.

This steel nowadays best satisfies most of the mechanical properties required for hot forging application; for instance, hot strength, temper resistance, creep strength, ductility, and toughness [2, 3].
Conventional welding processes however result in a large heat-affected zone (HAZ) near to the surface.
LMD process generates a small and limited HAZ, which makes the process less vulnerable to the degradation of the mechanical properties [10-13].
The overlap study has been important and critical to achieve the uniform microstructure without pores, hence mechanical properties.
A larger width may be a desirable factor to reduce the production time.

Using VAL in practice, the fatigue life is often affected by load or cycle sequences.
The number of blocks has also affected the results, which is three for the first set and four for the second set of block loading.

The place contains the specific behavior of people in this space, cultural events ,memories, and the accumulation of experience.when these factors happened in the space, The space will get some sense, and thus the three-dimensional space becomes a place.
In summary, urban renewal is carrying out in a mechanical and rational Techniques.Although city is neat and tidy, it also lose the spiritual connotation of history.
Designers should strengthen the characteristics of the original factors, protect and respect the original elements.
And then, close relationship will be establish between new venue and original essential factor. pencil.

In mechanical clinching, Varis and Lepistӧ5 and Lee et al.6 used the finite element method for clinching tool design.
On the other hand, the elasto-plastic FEM is mainly employed to sheet forming, where the springback caused by elastic strains is an important factor to deal with.
As a result, this will not only affect on overall accuracy of the simulated result caused by the error in volume loss, but also give a longer computing time with smaller time step and more elements by the remeshing procedure.
The material properties and working conditions used for the simulation are listed in Table 1.

This paper involves a comparative study of numerous composite materials, their properties useful for wind energy application and cost.
However fiber can be only added to a certain extent after which composite’s mechanical properties began to suffer; this is because there isn’t enough resin to transfer the exerted load to the fibers [5].
There are many factors which govern the efficient use of fibers in a matrix which include surface treatment of fiber for good adhesion.
The E in E-glass fiber represents electrical, as it has good electrical properties.
The carbon epoxy has the following mechanical properties used in the analysis[21].
