6063 Aluminum Alloy Online Quenching Surface Heat Transfer Coefficient and the Temperature Field Simulation Hui Wanga and Haibo Yang b School of Mechanical Engineering, Science &Technology of Beijing, Beijing,China a wanghui0438@163.com ,byhb@ustb.edu.cn Keywords: 6063 aluminum alloy ; online quenching ;heat transfer coefficient ; ansys temperature field simulation Abstract.
Numerical simulation model simplified as follows: (1) Assume that profiles have uniform initial temperature, heat transfer properties is isotropic and does not consider the thermal radiation; (2) regardless of the specific structure of the nozzle and establish model with only its size.
Nozzle exit is defined as the velocity entrance ,cooling medium is water of 20 ℃.Using pressure outlet boundary conditions as the outlet boundary, namely a atmospheric pressure; Profile is 6063 and its thermal physical property parameters selected from reference [7].
The streamline along the axial direction of free jet area, fluid flow is not affected by profile’s surface; In the impact area, water impact with aluminum wall ,velocity in the stagnation region is small and the pressure is biggest and format large pressure gradient; Then enter the wall jet zone, the pressure recovery for static pressure.

The paper demonstrates how these parameters can affect the hardness from the surface to center of round samples.
Introduction The purpose of heat treatment is to cause desired changes in the metallurgical structure and thus in the properties of metal parts.[1].
Many researchers was study and proposed model for predict microstructure and mechanical properties of steel after quenching such as Xiaohu Deng and Dongying Ju [7] proposed the hardness distributions of quenched and tempered workpiece by experimental regression equation.

However there are several factors associated with faulty sensor readings which make sensor readings unreliable.
The application of the traditional approach to wireless sensor networks has many problems such as not considering network properties or communication overhead, and measurement errors of fault sensor readings does not considered.
The existing methods to deal with faulty sensor readings have several problems, which are as follows: (1) First, they didn’t consider network properties such as energy consumption and communication delay
The paper considers both sensor faults and measurement errors as faulty sensor readings, and we suggest a data value correction scheme which is based on network properties to the greatest possible extent.
An event cannot affect the value of a sensor fault.

Introduction The vibration and noise of an aero-engine have affected heavily airplane safety.
While with the structures of mechanical products getting more and more complicated and subtle, together with the application of new material and new technology, the approximate degree of the analytic method could not be predicted before the manufacture of a certain product.
Aiming to the gas turbine disk’s property, in the paper, it is proposed that experiment modal analysis together with finite element analysis, is used to make a thorough and systematic analysis of the gas turbine disk dynamic characteristic.
Identification Theory The gas turbine disk has infinite degrees of freedom, among which, the degrees of freedom of the modalities of low order are the leading factors.
Then, the weighting error matrix is introduced (4) Where Because of mechanical structure, the damping of the gas turbine disk can be treated as the proportional viscosity damping, both the correction matrix of the stiffness and mass being real matrix.

When materials of different compositions are bonded together, diffusion can occur at elevated temperatures and the product can undergo changes in internal structure as well as in mechanical properties.
The interface instabilities affect the integrity of any multiphase product [1-4] As a powerful diffusion interface microstructure simulation method, the phase field model has attracted many interests on the diffusion behavior and microstructure transformation of materials [5-9].
The interface movement direction, atoms diffusion direction and microstructure of the diffusion couples affected by the nonequalibrium concentration, temperature and mobility were investigated.
They are related to the diffusivity through Einstein’s relation, where i denotes the element A or B, R is the gas constant and T is the absolute temperature, Di is the diffusion coefficient of species i and can be given by the Arrhenius equation, in which Ai is called frequency factor, and Qi is activation energy.

Product factors.
The factors include; density, weight, geometric size, tolerance, shape and mechanical properties.
Product factors The equipment.
So, with both process and product factors in mind, the configuration model must have the ability to detect/ analyse the following eight factors: 1.
The mechanical handling properties of this product are 'weaker' than current films; • To make the new product cost effective the production rate is also required to be increased.

Composites as a combination of materials Of course, in the design process it is necessary to take into account many other factors, such as impact resistance, wear or manufacturing costs.
For Kevlar 49 adverse event was observed depending on the measured mechanical properties of the base length (i.e. economies of scale).
There is a considerable scatter in mechanical properties.
The physical and mechanical properties of these structures are much superior to the properties of the graphite.
Their low density, high thermal conductivity and superb mechanical properties at elevated temperatures make them an ideal materials for many high performance/temperature application.
