Introduction It is well known that activated carbons can be prepared using a variety of raw materials.
Epoxy resins are among the polymeric materials used in many fields, especially in the aviation industry as adhesives and in structural applications as the matrix materials in fiber filled/reinforced composites.
This implies that the carbonized materials acted as stress concentrators and promoted the formation of star-like cracks when the sample was loaded.

In conventional machining of Ti6Al4V materials, it is recommended to use a low cutting speed and
high feed rate along with a generous amount of cutting fluid and high performance tools.
These include the material type, the depth of cut, cutting velocity, tool geometry and the position of the nozzle outlet.
