This technology will allow a number of interfaces and the reduction of the overall
substrate size [2-3].
The lamination and fired density of the substrate was about 2.76 g/cm3 and 2.95 g/cm3 respectively which is higher than the density given in the Ferro data sheet [6].
It can deduced from Fig. 3b that the thickness of the silver conductor was about 7.77 µm and this value is within the range of values in the standard Ferro data sheet (6 µm-9 µm).

The aim of this paper is to study its fast-performance so as to provide design data for container ship.
Viscosity-pressure resistance of the scheme 6 increases obviously when Reynolds Number is nearly 7×106, indicating that the reduction of height of the bulbous bow makes for low-pressure zone in the bottom of the hull which increases the viscosity-pressure resistance.
Prohaska method may be used to determine the form factor (1+k) and then viscosity-pressure resistance coefficient based on data from model testing.

Removal of Cr6+ from wastewater is usually achieved by physical and chemical processes which include precipitation, coagulation, ultrafiltration, reduction, reverse osmosis, membrane processes, ion exchange and adsorption[3], etc. are very expensive.
The experimental data fit well with Langmuir adsorption isotherm model since the values of correlation coefficients (R2) are close to 1 (Table 1).
Adsorption equilibrium data fitted well by the Langmuir equation. The maximum adsorption capacity (Qm) of Cr6+ calculated from Langmuir equation for adsorption is 45.05 mg/g.

A combination of lean-pull strategy and CONstant Work-In-Process (CONWIP) was proposed to TFT-LCD array plant leading to successful reduction in cycle time and WIP level in a case study in Taiwan [4].
Industrial data from these real CF fabs in north Taiwan are collected and used to evaluate the performance of ASD.
These data include machine capacity, process time, tact time, setup time, preventive maintenance, Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Mean Time between Failure (MTBF), first pass yield, product type, process routine, and WIP.

Based on 1947-1974 years’ data of U.S., Kraft.J and Kraft.A(1978) use Granger causality test and come to the conclusion that economic growth and energy consumption is in the presence of unidirectional causality; Cheng and Lai(1997) conclude there is only unidirectional causality from GDP to energy consumption through applying Granger test and co-integration analysis based on data of China Taiwan in 1955-1993;Sun Yiqing, Wang Zilong(2011) use co-integration theory and Granger causality test, and get a one-way causal relationship between energy consumption and economic growth in Jiangsu.
We take advantage of the statistical methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis to make supplementary and prediction on the basis of datum.
Data selection.
Therefore, we use GDP and energy consumption data of Liaoning in 2012 to predict and test the regression equation of the model.
Energy consumption and economic growth in Asian economies: a more comprehensive analysis using panel data [J].

Using the theoretical equations, the stresses on the die surface have been calculated from the data of sensor resistances.
From the lattice data, the local stress stresses and all stress components can be computed.
Using the measured data and appropriate theoretical equations, the stresses differences on the die surface have been calculated.
Electrical wires were soldered to the PCB pads for data gathering.
Using the measured data and appropriate theoretical equations, the room temperature die surface stresses induced by the die attachment process have been calculated.

According to the conclusion from the statistical analysis for the questionnaires' data, the relationship between the environmental attitude and environmental behavior of the city dwellers is explored and the environmental issues of living place in Shenzhen are found out in the end.
The original data of questionnaire are analyzed by the IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0 with frequency analysis, relation coefficient analysis, cross table analysis, statistical analysis and other related statistics.
The data analysis has confirmed the effect of environmental attitude is positively related to environmental behavior.
However, the analysis data also indicated dwellers with poor environmental knowledge almost tend not to have the habit of planting.
In addition, the questionnaire data are not screened for dimension reduction in detail; we just test the variables for one to one correlation coefficient by Spearman rank correlation coefficient test, so the questionnaire validity needs to be improved.

Additive manufacturing, however, allows to build parts rapidly and directly from computer-aided design information, offering better material utilisation and lead time reduction.
In the aerospace industry, better material utilisation and lead time reduction are the main drivers for AM, compared to metallic forged or cast components.
Figure 6: Ultimate tensile strength plotted against yield strength for Ti-6Al-4V material, manufactured by DMLS, EBM, DMD-L and DMD-P process, compared to the standards ASTM F2924 and ASTM F3001 Figure 7: Reduction of area plotted against elongation for Ti-6Al-4V material, manufactured by DMLS, EBM, DMD-L and DMD-P process, compared to the standards ASTM F2924 and ASTM F3001 High Cycle Fatigue Properties.
The results are in accordance to literature data from EBM specimens, where hot isostatic pressing reduces the defect size and tends to an increased fatigue limit of ~80 % [3].

They conducted detailed feature analysis on a data-by-data basis.
On the other hand, the accuracies conducted on real data are not so high.
In [12], only 3 subjects’ data were used.

Hsp27 and Hsp40 levels were estimated by Western blot analysis using specific antibodies (anti-Hsp27 and anti-Hsp40) from StressGen(Vancouver, BC, Canada) following SDS-PAGE analysis of the nucleus-free tissue homogenate, using a separating gel of 8% acrylamide and a concentrating gel of 5% acrylamide as described in [10]
Statistical analysis Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Duncan’s multiple range test to detect the inter-group difference.
With the extension of treated time, relative expression of HSP40 increased first and reduced during 15-day processing time, which might be due to the earthworm’s response to Acetochlor and Butachlor, the reduction is because its toxicity caused by earthworm’s tissue damage.
Exposing 10 days, expression of Hsp40 had a tendency of reduction.
These data also agree with earlier published results.
