In many parts of China, a large number of rural labor outflows in young adults, women left-behind in rural areas and there is Labour force of the ageing population as the main body of agricultural labor, rural aging, and the women of the phenomenon is very serious, the development of agriculture outlook is not optimistic.
The disappear every day 20 administrative villages in China, the number of rural migrant workers has more than 240 million [3], because of the lack of rural labor, the agricultural labor efficiency is low, some food crops cultivation has from season to season, and even some land is flow, the phenomenon has become increasingly serious.
Number of fields in our country's rural areas, farmer’s household co., LTD., the price of grain and other crops is not determined by the market, even if the country has subsidy, but farming income is not high, even at a loss.
To fundamentally solve the problem of shortage of "farmers", must arouse the enthusiasm of young farmers with agricultural production, grain and other agricultural prices gradually rise, should improve the system of agricultural subsidies, increase the intensity of investment in agriculture, to improve the rural infrastructure construction, rural medical insurance, endowment insurance system, etc, break the urban and rural dual economic structure, to solve the trouble back at home of young engaged in agriculture, arouse the enthusiasm of its engaged in agricultural production.
Again, for the agricultural industry supporting policy to continuously strengthen, to give support, farmer cooperative organizations of farmers as the main body of the construction of the new cooperation organization not only improves the farmer's production efficiency, promote the growth of awareness of the farmers' market, but also reduce the specialization of production cost, has trained a large number of new farmers.

This waste can also cause a number of problems, including being allowed to accumulate, being disposed of into rivers which can cause water pollution, or being burned which can cause air pollution.
In general, the higher the variation in the mass ratio of cellulose, the higher the grain size of the Fe3O4/Cellulose crystals obtained.
However, in the FS6 sample, the crystal grain size obtained decreased compared to the FS5 sample size.
These results correspond to the previous research by Ibrahim, et al. (2018) that the absorbance value of Fe3O4 lies in the range of wave numbers from 270 to 300 nm [30].
