The formation of a simple pattern of rough sets theory has the following procedures: first of all, classify the data of little difference involved in a decision information system, then establish indistinguishable relationship, and finally carry out attributes and attribute values reduct in the decision table so as to eliminate unnecessary rows and unimportant attribute values. 1.2 Characteristics of rough sets theory in dealing with data Rough sets don’t require priori knowledge but only relying on the information of data themselves.
A rough set is a powerful tool for analyzing data.
It can firstly express and deal with incomplete information, secondly simplify data and obtain the minimal expression of knowledge while maintaining key information, thirdly identify and assess dependency among data and bring to light a pattern of simple concept and lastly obtain rules and knowledge which are easy to prove from empirical data.
We get Table 2 after coding the data in Table 1.

Today there are two different possibilities for these evaluations: One is the analysis of the entire volumetric data set and the other is the analysis of a surface model extracted from the original data set. [3] All evaluation methods and software tools for measurement data evaluation known from conventional coordinate metrology rely on surface data sets.
So these data has to be extracted from the volumetric data sets.
That means that certain features are present in several point clouds and others appear only in a single data set.
The aim of sensor data fusion is to combine the different point clouds and calculate a new data set containing all information of the different measurements and their interferences to a more detailed view of the workpiece as a base for function-oriented analyses.

However, better recognition performance could be achieved under limited conditions because PCA fails to discover the nonlinearity relations between the data points.

The PAL data were collected using two specimens to sandwich the radioactive source.

The lifetime component of several nanoseconds is clearly weakened in the PAL data acquired with A-C processing (blue dotted line) in comparison with the PAL data acquired without A-C processing (red dotted line).
The PAL data recorded with A-C processing are equivalent to the data obtained with the traditional system (green dotted line) except that the background level of the former is slightly lower than the latter.

Such reduction in the lattice constant was associated with incorporation of smaller copper cations into the Zn-sites.
Monotonic reduction in both parameters was observed which could be associated with successful incorporation of smaller Cu cations (Cu(IV) = 0.57 Å) into the Zn lattice (Zn(IV) = 0.6 Å).
The positivity of these a and b parameters was in agreement with the absorbance data from UV-vis spectroscopy.
