Hosting large-scale sports games needs a strong economic foundation, the whole process from the preparation to the end of the event, personnel, transportation, foreign affairs activities, events, promotion, ticket management, sports equipment, ceremony, medical service, facility maintenance, security and other events, and engineering for the event of sports facilities construction and renovation City, infrastructure, city environmental transformation, all need to pay large fees.

Introduction
In china, concrete structure is widely used in civil engineering construction, which is composed by two different nature materials of reinforcement and concrete.
As the structure of concrete is possibly often or accidentally exposed to high temperature environment in real engineering, the performance of concrete material will change and the uneven temperature field inside structure is formed during these exposures.
