Load is also reflected in the mechanical parts of the drive and transmission, where it can be measured using the strain-gauge load cell (sensors).
While comparing the results factors that affect the various different forms of measurement were eliminated.
Whereas the measurement was conducted as static, the filter did not affect the process of the measured values.

This study investigates using palm kernel fiber (PKF) and bamboo leaf ash (BLA) in cement-based composite panels to improve mechanical properties and durability.
Odeyemi et al. [14] investigated high-performance concrete's mechanical properties and microstructure with added bamboo leaf ash.
Amambey et al. [18] examined the mechanical properties of lateritic concrete with palm kernel fibre (PKF), focusing on compressive, tensile, and bond strengths.
The results indicate that while PKF incorporation reduces density and increases water absorption, it also enhances certain mechanical properties at optimal concentrations.

Contact Damage in Brittle Curved Coatings: The Influence of Indenter/Coating Modulus Mismatches Tarek Qasim, Chris Ford, Mark Bush, Xiao-Zhi Hu School of Mechanical Engineering, the University of Western Australia, 35 Stirling Highway Crawley W.A. 6009, Australia a tqasim@mech.uwa.edu.au, b chrisf@mech.uwa.edu.au, cmark.bush@uwa.edu.au, d xhu@mech.uwa.edu.au Keywords: Margin damage, Curved surfaces, Radial cracks, Crown failure.
The combination of a hard, brittle outer layer and a compliant, tough inner layer offers high wear resistance and damage tolerance, factors that are crucial to the lifetime of such structures.
These studies have enabled the determination for various damage modes of the dependencies of critical loads on geometrical variables such as coating thickness, indenter radius and sample radius, as well as on material properties such as interlayer elastic modulus mismatch.
Critical loads PR to initiate the radial cracks are significantly affected by the indenter modulus (Fig. 4).
All damage modes should be evaluated, as well as geometrical variables and materials properties.

Although many researches have been done to investigate the effect of various factors on the microstructure of the brazing seam, they were not systematic.
This study examined the microstructure and mechanical properties of the brazed region with various powder-mixing ratios of the filler metal to the brazing alloys.
In order to evaluate the mechanical properties of the wide-gap brazed region, a tensile test was carried out at room temperature and at 1173K.
Therefore, it is considered that the Cr boride, Ni-Ni3B eutectic structure and pore in the wide-gap brazed region affect the bonding strength of the joints.

.), which is a very important device for studying the instability, stress/strain and other mechanical properties of the soil [2].
The hydraulic power subsystem generally consists of an AC motor, a constant pressure pump, a proportion relief valve, accumulators and cooler, which provides a certain pressure and flow for bidirectional exciting test. ⅡⅡⅡⅡ Analysis of the Key Difficult Problems The bidirectional exciting system itself is a very complex automatic device, which is hard to control precisely for existing strong coupling and non-linear factors.
Similarly, the change in the radial excitation will seriously affect the control accuracy of the axial excitation.
The axial excitation and the radial excitation couple with each other and affect each other.
The control effect is not satisfactory when there is a purely mechanical cross-coupling.

The main question for these methods is that many factors affect the simulation (such as friction and finite element mesh), so it is hard to get a good simulation by adjusting the parameters of constitutive equation.
The step of the loop affects not only the loop speed but also the precision of the results.
(2) Because the initial value affect the parameters, so many initial values should be choose to get the optimal solution. 6 Acknowledgements: This work was financially supported by the Major National S&T Program (2010ZX04015-011).

The materials prepared by ECAP have broad application in the medical industry, aerospace and other fields by virtue of the superior physical properties, thermal stability, super plasticity and fatigue resistance, etc. [3].
But the exploration of the latter method is relatively less, especially lacks a comprehensive and systematic study in the mechanical aspects.
In addition, the extrusion speed is set to 5 mm/s, and the shear friction factor is set to 0.2.
The change is mainly affected by the structure of mold, while it is less affected by the size of extrusions.

It was also found that noise was affected by rotation speed of sawblade.
In the dry sawing process of concrete the reasons causing vibration and noise are complex; major factors are summed up as follows
In cutting process periodical touch of diamond segment with concrete prompted with a periodical and very high frequency Table 1 Composition and properties of concrete Concrete No.
As to the same sawblade, the main influencing factors were the technological parameters of sawblade, which will change the impacting between diamond blades and concrete and affect the noise finally.
The increasing of cutting parameters will cause more serious vibration as the adding of impacting forces, but the vibration will not be affected by the performance of diamond blade and concrete material obviously in this test.
