Keeping other simulation parameters unchanged, increased gradually mass moment of high-frequency exciting motor, and made mass moment rate of high-frequency motor and low- frequency be =1/6, 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, we came up with the trials shown in Fig. 5.
Therefore, it is advisable that mass moment rate should be within 1/6 to 1/4. (3) Low- frequency motors stayed unchanged and gradually increased , high-frequency amplitude of vibrating screen increases.
It is appropriate to choose mass moment rate of high and low-frequency motor from 1/6 to 1/4.

In the case of 1,2-propyleneglycol (PG) the specific volume is larger.
Consequently, the measured hole volumes from PALS are around 40 Å3, Table 1 [12].

The chemical composition
is given in table 1.
The tests were carried out at a voltage rate of dE/dt = 2.5 mVs-1.
The measurements indicate the following general trends: grinding produces a smoother surface (0,3 ≤ Ra [µm] ≤ 1,6 ; 3 ≤ Rt [µm] ≤ 10) than turning (1 ≤ Ra [µm] ≤ 18 ; 4 ≤ Rt [µm] ≤ 60) but profiles of ground surfaces present an irregular aspect with intense hollows (Fig. 1-a) and profiles of turned surfaces are regular with extended hollows (Fig. 1-b).

a) Ground surface vw = 8 mm/mn, a = 2 µm b) Turned surface Rεεεε = 0.4 mm, fn = 0.3 mm/tr, Vc = 150 m/mn, ap = 1 mm Fig. 1: Examples of surface profiles.

In addition, the vibration of Si-O moved to the 1050 cm-1 from 1090 cm-1, 1040 cm-1 after pillaring.
In the spectra a new IR band at about 479 cm-1 displays, which is attributed to the Ti-O-Ti vibration. 3 SEM images Fig 3 shows the SEM images of the parent montmorillonite (a) and pillared clay (b) obtained by direct pillaring.
The results of XRD studies are reported in Fig 1.
