During process of steel gate design, primary problems including the facts that materials bill generation by hand are time and energy-consuming[1]; 3D modeling depends on a unit of specific project without scientific management in graphics structure, classification and hierarchy, thus the low transferability and repeating utilization factor[2].

Nano materials is a field that takes a materials science-based approach to nanotechnology.
It studies materials with morphological features on the nano scale, and especially those that have special properties stemming from their nano scale dimensions.
A novel mechanical property of nano materials is a subject of nano mechanics research.
The conference is sponsored by International Materials Science Society, and the proceedings are published by international journal Applied Mechanics and Materials.
The selected, peer reviewed paper from ISQNM 2013 focus on five topics: (1) Quantum, Nano, Micro Materials and Technologies, (2) Material Science and Technology, (3) Mechanic Manufacturing System, (4) Information Technologies and Computational Procedures in Engineering Researches and Design, and (5) Related Topics.

The thesis adopts the SLP (System Layout Plan) to analyze the collected data of new PMS medical cable assembly product, manufacturing process and production material flow with the use of different tools, combined with constrained conditions related of the new facility to plan the process layout of the PMS medical cable assembly line, then adoptscorrelation analysismethods from production line balance theory and material flow project theory to improve layout of production line, so that the material transit distance could be shortened, the cost could be reduced and the balance rate of the production line could be improved.
It can increase the capacity, solve the problem of current layout, decrease the material handling and increase the utilization rate of the manufacturing locations.
Based on the demands of process and material, we can calculate material handling amount (see Tab.2) and the From-To matrix(see Tab.3)[1].
