Introduction Aircraft structure design always developing with the adoption of advanced materials.
Advanced composite material has several advantages such as low density, high strength, high stiffness, and its mechanical property can be designed to fit the demand.
Aircraft structure using advanced composite materials can be lighter than traditional metal structure of 23%-30%[1].
Advanced composite material also has its disadvantage.
The most widely used advanced composite materials such as CFRP, GFRP have their shortage on impact resistance and residual compressive strength.

In Section 3, the conservation time advance mechanism and optimistic time advance mechanism are compared.
In the RTI, federate can not advance logical time by its own, it must promote time advance request clearly, after receiving permission from RTI can the time be advanced.
Before time was advanced to permitted time tg, the rollback manager will execute the following operations: (1) Search the federate state queue to find out state S1 that meet the condition of .

Preface   Romanian International Conference on Chemistry and Chemical Engineering (RICCCE) is a well known scientific event of the Romanian and foreign chemistry scientists and in this year 2009 the important Meeting comes to its 16 edition.
The aim of RICCCE16 is to provide a forum for presentation and discussion on the main scientific achievements in chemistry and chemical engineering fields and to establish contacts between scientists and companies involved in research, development and production activities.
The Proceedings encloses a selection of 20 papers which will be published in the periodical Key Engineering Materials.
All contributions are peer-reviewed and the volume can serve as a tool for future studies regarding applied aspects of the synthesis and characterization, processing and applications of advanced engineering materials.
President of the Romanian International Conference on Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Prof.
