Abstract. On the basis of test analysis, mix design of cement stabilized gravel powder, cement stabilized gravel powder mixed with 20% aggregates and cement stabilized gravel powder mixed with 40% aggregates were compared, their unconfined compressive strength were tested, and the mixed aggregates ratio and mix design were ultimately determined.
Engineering project cost by mixing with a certain amount of aggregate was little higher than that of cement stabilized gravel powder.

Two ways, one by engineering experience and the other by, Fiber volume in per cube concrete is determined generally based on two ways involved engineering experience being sometime blind and ordinary concrete permeability test[4].
But in active service concrete has load bearing history in underground engineering.
Splitting sustained-load permeability test used, Polypropylene fiber content is identified according to the demand of underground waterproof engineering which avoids reliance on engineering experience.

KEY WORDS: Concrete structure; Non-longitudinal cracks; Durability
ABSTRACT: Concrete structure is widely used in civil engineering.
Finally, through literature and engineering examples of how to prevent and repair of concrete structures the non longitudinal cracks put forward recommendations.
Large number of engineering practice found cracks in reinforced concrete structures varied shapes are different levels of development, the formation of the non longitudinal cracks along the main rib fractures as due to the direct effect (load) generation and the indirect effects generated categories. 1.2.1 The non longitudinal cracks due to the direct effect (load) generated When reinforced concrete structures under load, to withstand pull(axial) force or moments of members in cross-section have a one-dimensional tensile stress, members under shear and torque components, or two-dimensional and three-dimensional structure have principal tensile stress.
DURABILITY OF CONCRETE STRUTURES AND IT’S DETERIORATION The durability of concrete structures is the structure and its components in a predetermined design lifetime (usually the life of reinforced concrete structural engineering habits of 50 years to consider[13]), in the normal maintenance conditions, have the ability that does not require a major overhaul that can normal use and can meet the requirements of security features[7].
