Abstract.
Materials and methods Reagents and Instruments A atomic emission spectrometer model 520(made in changchun);the JJ-1 accurate strengthen electronic stirrer(made in Jiangsu) ,The UV-1200 spectrophotameter(made in Shanghai ) were used. 2-ethylhexyl phosphonic acid mono-2-ethylhexyl(PC-88A),from Japan; All the reagents, such as CuSO4·5H2O, NH3.H2O, NH4Cl, HAc, NaAc , are of analytical grade or better.

The reason for the formation of such morphology is the material of workpieces discontinuous bonded on the tool, after bonded, the workpiece rub the bonding materials instead of the tool has made the adhesive bonding materials happened plastic deformation, and the sequence of the bonding and the various plastic deformation make the surface of the cutter become terrace type as shown in Fig. 4(b).

The chart shows that the elements of the cutter material such as tungsten, carbon, cobalt are diffusion from cutting tool to scraps materials; and the elements of scraps such as nickel chromium are made diffusion from scraps to cutting tool.
