In this paper, the repaglinide chitosan microsphere crosslinked with genipin was prepared by emulsification-chemical crosslinking method, and chitosan is used as coating materials, genipin as a crosslinking agent, repaglinide as active agent, span-80 as emulsifier.
Many factors, such as dispersing medium dosage, temperature, reaction time and the mass ratio of materials would effect on the preparation of RCM.

One of raw materials that can be used as a natural preservative is watermelon rind [1].
In this study spray drying techniques are used because spray dryers can be used to dry heat-sensitive materials without damaging these materials and can overcome the instability of encapsulation results during storage [6].

In 2013, Martín et al using rice husk ash as raw materials to prepare nepheline glass ceramics and characterized, studies show that the nepheline glass ceramics with wide sources of raw materials [7].
The purity of raw material Tb4O7 and Yb2O3 is 99.99%, and the other raw materials was analytical pure.
Batches of about 20g materials were well mixed in covered corundum crucibles under air atmosphere, the mixed materials were heated at 1100°C for 1h in a resistance furnace with the heating rate of 2°C /min, and then the system was heated up to 1400°C for 1.5 h under stirring.

Currently, geopolymer based on analogy and aluminosilicates materials is used as an alternative way the OPC as binders for concretes in building materials.
The geopolymer paste as a coating material from the processing of fly ash geopolymer paste would become a major solution to minimize deterioration by protecting the surface of materials and increased strength of materials using coating method.
The morphology of the raw materials and the final product will be analyzed using X2000 and X5000 magnification to get a clear image.

MD has been widely used to simulate the material behaviors in a variety of materials in nano scale movement.
It was found that the ultimate tensile strain for BCC materials is smaller than FCC materials and the ultimate tensile stress for rapid stretching is larger than slow stretching.
Also, Morse potential was concluded less suitable for analyzing the materials with BCC.

So, the PFC3D is able to precisely simulate the combined deformation of cantilever beam, and this work has special reference to engineering calculations and designs when PFC is applied to model the mechanical behaviors of continuum materials.
It is adducible that the applications of DEM in geotechnics have become almost systematic[6], but fewer investigations are performed on the mechanical properties of continuum materials employed in civil engineering.
l PFC3D is applicable for structural computation even for continuum materials.
