Introduction The CoCr alloys are characterized by very high resistance at wearing and corrosion, and also biocompatibility, all these high properties recommending them for the applications in injection molding, coatings in aeronautics and engine components, and respectively medicine [1, 2].
The material, which this research is focused on, is close to stellite 25 as chemical composition that has the following applications associated with the next properties: working tools as a combination of metal-on-metal wear, thermal fatigue and hot corrosion resistance, such as piercing points, forming tools, extrusion dies, and furnace hardware [9].
This affects the oscillation amplitude, a factor contributing to acoustic pressure within the working gap.

Introduction Semi-solid casting reduces pollution emissions, improves production yield, and enhances the mechanical and thermal properties of the final product by trimming the microstructure of the primary aluminium phase to a spherical structure during solidification and allowing for heat treatment, as compared to the high-pressure die casting process[1].
However, the slurry generation process bought additional casting parameters, which affected the solidification process [2].
It is essential to consider these factors when selecting the suitable ML algorithm for the model and to evaluate its performance.
This result may be due to several factors, including the choice of hyperparameters and parameters, insufficient data, and the activation algorithm used.

This property makes the DMBR has an essential distinction from the traditional MBR in the choice of component materials, but also decrease the cost of membrane technique.
Some scholars have found that kaolin DMBR surface of ceramic tube is slightly uneven, but it does not affect the treatment effect [15].
The Control of DMBR Fouling Membrane fouling is a major factor which prevented the traditional MBR from being widely used.
The DMBR backwashing is the ultimate solution of membrane fouling, which is much the same as the traditional MBR, including the mechanical cleaning, physical cleaning and chemical cleaning.
Smith [17] has studied the influencing factors of backwash process by water; Remize [21] has studied the effect of air backwash; Bourgeous [22] has established a new method to measure the efficiency of backwash by taking research in properties of residual pollutant after backwash.  1) Mechanical Cleaning Zhang Han-min et al [23] have studied on precoated DMBR bioreactor for wastewater treatment application, using the 56μm industrial fabric as the base membrane, powder activated carbon as pre-coated agent, need simply wash after precoated DMBR was contaminated, then the flux to be 100% restored, without consumption of chemical reagents.

Introduction Creep and shrinkage are inherent properties of maturing concrete.
Such premature deterioration adversely affects integrity and durability of concrete structures.
The key factors for the prediction of cracking are both the tensile capacity and the residual stress development in time.
Discussion It was confirmed, that the tensile creep value essentially affects the magnitude of residual stresses, even in the “early age” concrete.

Introduction Silicon nitride ceramics, one of the most typical hard material spheres, have excellent properties such as small density, high rigidity, high Young's modulus, high wear ability, good thermal stability and chemical stability, which make it become one of the most appropriate materials for rollers of high precision bearing [1,2].
The technology of traditional lapping process is impacted by artificial factors, uniformity and stability is poor, high processing costs, and is difficult to get high roundness ceramic ball.
In the lapping process of ceramic ball, the uniformity (the equiprobability of cutting) of lapping trajectories which are distributed in the surface of ceramic ball, it decide each point in surface of the ground can be lapping uniform, which bearing the spherical balls error trend and directly affects roundness which is the key indicator to evaluate machining precision of ceramic ball.
From Eq.8~Eq.10, the size of surface progression i will not affect the change trend of phase angle, so, we discuss these equations with i=2、ωbz/ωbr=1 (that is corner θ=45°).

By using low frequency flexural waves, the scattering properties of a crack, notch or slot can potentially be estimated at locations remote from the damage site.
There are a number of issues that affect the accuracy of the estimates of the reflection coefficients.
A contributing factor to this modulation is sensor miscalibration and errors in the estimate of wavenumber.
Measurement noise affects the results particularly at low wavenumbers and for small slot depths, where Lr is very small.

Various micro-structural and micro-mechanical factors will influence this premature contact of the crack surfaces, which explains the great capacity of the crack closure model in rationalizing various fatigue behavior [5,6,7,8,9].
The material properties for the model represent typical high strength damage-tolerant aerospace aluminium alloys, e. g.
It is interesting to note that while the second overload introduced a brief decrease and then an enhanced PICC level, which is common to the single overload effect, the second overload did not increase the overload-affected distance of the dominating first overload.
An interesting point to note here is that the underload reduced the magnitude of the PICC level but did not shorten or prolong the overload-affected distance.

Track stiffness irregularity that is the longitudinal elasticity uneven phenomenon along the track which is caused by the changes of infrastructure under the rail or defects, which is the main factor of the power excitation.
Substitute track static irregularity into the vehicle - track coupling model, and uses numerical integration methods to simulate, you can get the dynamic vibration response when estimated track static irregularity affects vehicle - track.
In the actual operation of the vehicle, when the vehicle gets through the sleeper failure, or the empty hanging board ,running smooth and comfortable of the vehicle will be affected. 2.
This kind of phenomenon do not only affects train running stability, but also may threaten the traffic safety.

βc—tensile strength enhancement coefficient of RPC compared with that of nc, βc=0.01~0.05,which was obtained according to the mechanical property test of RPC.
The ratio of ultimate compressive strength to the designed strength of the pole is safety factor K, and the ultimate strength is set as 145MPa, so the safety factor is 2.4.
It can be seen that the mechanical properties of RPC poles are obviously improved compared with those of ordinary concrete poles. 3.
