The directions and methods of neutralization or disposal of sludge from water treatment depend on many factors and, first of all, on the content of toxic substances in them.
Researches show [12] that it can be used in ceramic production, which would decrease the cost of the properties of this landfill and preserve an equivalent amount of natural mineral resources (pentonite).
Experimental Part In the course of the research, the physical and mechanical parameters of the clay-based samples were determined with various amounts of WTS, introduced into the charge (Fig. 1).
Consequently, it can be concluded that the addition to the clay mixture of water treatment sludge containing gabbro - diabase and industrial oil I-20A does not significantly affect the amount of air and fire shrinkage of the samples.
The presence of devonskaya oil in the sludge leads to the formation of pore materials in the sintered ceramic mass, which improves the heat and sound insulation properties of finished products.

Introduction
On implantation provides desired properties such as wear resistance and corrosion resistance without
affecting the physical and mechanical stability of the bulk material [1-2].
The relative amount of Nb oxide in relation to Ti oxide (comparing Fig.1c) confirms, by taking into account their sensitivity factors, qualitatively the AES depth profile showing much more Ti at the surface than Nb.

The principal factors which affect the stability of the passive film are pH of the aqueous environment, the chloride ion concentration and the temperature [9].
Steel specimens sectioned from the “as-received” hot-rolled (black) ferritic stainless steel sheet coil sample were subjected to secondary electron imaging in Electron Beam Wide Area (EBWA) analyzer JEOL Model JXA-8800R in order to study the corroded surface topography and to map the affected surface for elemental presence and distribution for Cl, O, Na, Mg, Fe and Cr by means of X-ray mapping.

Model of Heat and Mass Transfer
Basic assumptions employed in this modeling approach are as follow: residual cleaning contaminant
and decomposed products are regarded as a whole; material physical properties are supposed to
accord with isotropy; the reaction of contaminant transformed into volatile and carbon belongs to first
order chemical reaction.
(3) where A is pre-exponential factor, E is activation energy, T is contaminant temperature, R is Boltzmann constant 8.31J/(mol·K), kl, kd, kc follow the species mass-conservation equation, respectively.
Table 2 Chemical and kinetic parameters A(s-1) E(kJ/mol) ∆H(kJ/kg) Ad=5.2×10 6 Ed=92 ∆Hd=-394 Ac=2.7×10 9 Ec=106 ∆Hc=-418 Ad and Ac: Pre-exponential factor of each reaction resultant; Ed and Ec: Activation energy of each reaction resultant.
This is due to the fact that there exist higher temperature and more reactive species of the plasma arc in the region anigh the film surface, affected on which lubricant occur to activation decompose reaction and ablation from sample surface.
It can be seen from Fig.2 and Fig.3 that the cleaning lubricant film is divided into activation decompose zone, heat affected zone and unchanged zone along the thickness direction.

So there are temperature drift and time drift, which affect
the measuring accuracy of the temperature.
In addition, its quality factor is up to more than 10,000, therefore the outside circuit's temperature drift nearly have no effect on the measuring accuracy.
The mechanical and electrical property of thermo-sensitive quartz tuning fork is analyzed through theory and simulated with finite element.
The Mechanical and electrical model is shown in Fig. 1.
According to solid state mechanical theory, we take Y-axis as the reference axis to simplify the solution

It is a main research work to reduce and void vibration for ensuring the machine tool will not generate self-oscillation when it works in the range of rated power. many study shows that good dynamic characteristic of Parallel Manipulator be more needed and more important with gradually improvement of machining property[2], so dynamic characteristic analysis is more important.
The experience and repeated measured are main means of traditional structure design while considering dynamic factor, it greatly slowdown the design speed and the design quality also hard to be optimization. it is inevitable trend to analyze vibration characteristic of machine tool and replace static design by dynamic design.
Modal analysis principle of Parallel Manipulator Modal analysis is a modern method and mean for parameters identification for most engineering system, such as mechanical system, civil engineering structure and bridge and so on.

The tenacity, elongation, hand-feeling and process ability are main factors which influence the final end uses.
The mechanical and shape memory properties of these yarns and fabrics were examined.
Shape memory core spun yarns have as good shape memory affects as pure shape memory fibers.
To optimize these effects, various properties of SMP films have been investigated such as thermo mechanical properties[50], different structural factors on the physical and water vapor transport properties [51] [52, 53], molecular weight[54], effects of crystal melting [52]and influence of different processing temperatures [55].

Studying the wavelet ridge and corresponding scale by segments to filter out the affects of the simple harmonic motion, to extract systems free vibration signal and to achieve the goal of identifying system parameters.
The nonlinear vibration is a widespread phenomenon in engineering and nature, which mainly presents geometric nonlinear feature caused by system structure and material property, and nonlinear feature caused by long-term loads structural damage in civil engineering.
Zheng Jingbin[8] used harmonic wavelet method to indentify chaotic motion of nonlinear systems.Yao Qianbin such as [9] indentified the structure damping of noised-signal by -increasing the length of the fitting range gradually. 1 Wavelet Theory If, stands for square integrable real space, its Fourier transform is, if it meets the allowable conditions: (1) The is the basic wavelet or Mother Wavelet, making the stretch and remove can obtain the Wavelet sequence For the continuous condition, the wavelet sequence is (2) The is stretch factor, is remove factor.

It is difficult to achieve a good metallurgical bonding between two kinds of metals with different properties by semi-solid precision forming process.
The composition of A390 and 7050 aluminum alloy is different, causing the difference in physical properties, so it is necessary to consider the appropriate heat-treatment method.
Due to the shape factor of the mold cavity, during the pressing process, the pressure in the middle of the ring is the largest, with the lower melt solidifying first and losing fluidity, the remelted portion of the ring is mainly squeezed to the upper part under pressure.
In summary, in the semi-solid precision forming process of the layered composite brake drum scale component, the main factors affecting the composite interface bonding are the ring temperature, the casting temperature, the specific pressure.
