Carbon materials, including carbon reinforced carbon materials(C/C) composites and graphite, is one of the most important thermal field materials used in Czochralski furnace[4].
According to the oxidation mechanism of carbon materials, the model of oxidation of carbon materials can be described as the following processes: (1) Diffusion of oxygen toward carbon material
(2) Oxidation of carbon materials to form CO

Criterion for Controlling the Stress-Strain State of Composite Dielectric Materials Using the Effective Filtration Method Vladimir Surzhikova and Pavel Fedotovb* National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, 30, Lenina Ave., 634050, Tomsk, Russia aiva1954@mail.ru, b*pif@tpu.ru Keywords: mechanoelectric transformations, stress-strain state, dielectric, criterion.
The paper presents a brief description of a process of an electromagnetic response generation from dielectric composite materials when they are subjected to an acoustic impulses, a recording method by capacitive receivers and criteria for controlling the stress-strain state (SSS) for this method.
Introduction In the early 1970s, the Tomsk Polytechnic University researchers began to develop a new method for nondestructive testing of structural defects in dielectric materials.
Conclusions The effective filtering method with the consistency of the impulse response of the system with an excitation response of the MET acoustic pulse makes it possible to determine the level of the stress-strain state of dielectric composite materials.

So in this article, the stability of this material was studied by aging test, methyl-violet test and gas phase chromatography test.
The results show that gas phase chromatography test is feasible for evaluating the stability of this material, but methyl-violet test is unsuitable.
