Keywords: Rock mass; Structural plane; Structural strength; Mohr-Coulomb criterion.
Many attentions have been focused on the strength of rock mass owing to its fundamentality in engineering, for example, Jaeger [2] constructed a theoretical formula of structure strength for rock mass containing a single penetration weak structural plane based on Mohr-Coulomb criterion.

Introduction
Concrete is the most widely applied material in architecture structure, its durability has been focused on in the field of civil engineering.
In practical engineering, concrete structures in North China and most of South China have been suffered the effect of freeze-thaw cycles in varying degrees, especially the above-water part of marine concrete structures is double effected between chloride-induced corrosion and freeze-thaw cycles for a long time.
