The average reduction of UPV was ranged 5.80 to 13.65% at 14 days, 3.25 to 11.52% at 28days and 2.65 to 10.69% at 56 days, respectively.
The obtained equations are plotted in Fig.5 with experimental data.

In a few recent-years papers[7][8], theoretical and experimental data have indicated that the piezoelectric response of ScxAI1-XN film with a Sc concentrationof 43% exhibit a four times larger piezoelectric response than pure AlN films.
Their experimental data shown in Fig.1 indicated that the piezoelectric response of ScxAI1-XN film with a Sc concentrationof 43% exhibit a larger piezoelectric response (d33=27.6pCN-1 ) than pure AlN films (d33=5.5pCN-1), which open the way to a broad calss of applications, including use in high-temperature device [7].
It probably means that the crystal growth is more highly disordered above 450 °C, and that reduction of the growth temperature from 580 to 400 °C was identified as the crucial improvement to overcome the dip in the piezoelectric response as shown in Fig.1(a) at Sc concentrations between 30% and 40%.

In order to ensure the desulfurization units operated continuously and efficiently, a series of policies and measures such as desulfurization electricity price subsidy, dispatch by energy-saving and emission reduction had been carried out by the State.
Nowadays, for some of the Chinese desulfurization units, part of the gas parameters such as chlorine, fluorine and dust in flue gas were designed almost the same, and the commonly used design data were: HCl ≤80 mg / m3, HF ≤ 25 mg / m3, dust ≤ 100 mg / m3 (the data were in standard, dryer and excess air ratio 1.4).
