Introduction
Billboard is a terminal for public information display, has widespread civil and commercial value, generally used in all areas of society, including securities trading, financial information display and road traffic information display, etc. [1].
But based on the traditional control mode, the change of the display screen is quite troublesome, and generally needs to be programmed by the engineering staff and needs they update the controller to re-site billboards.

Abstract: The main bridge of Quanzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge is a composite girder cable-stayed bridge with span arrangement (70+130+400+130+70)m and with double pylongs,separated decks.It’s the first time to using the dry joints assembly in composite girder cable-stayed bridge,the technology of precasting and installing for integral segment is introduced.
