Amongst these techniques, fuzzy logic is a promising solution due to its inherent ability to handle the imperfect and uncertain data provided by the sensors avoiding further processing of data.

The toolbox contains functions, graphical user interfaces and data structures that allow the user to quickly design, test, simulate and modify a fuzzy inference system [7].

An objective and reliable assessment of the state of development of the housing industry of any state and its individual sectors is impossible without forehanded and comprehensive providing with up-to-date and reliable statistical data.
The theoretical and methodological basis of this article is characterized through the systematic use of interdisciplinary knowledge in the economics of construction, industry regulation, the housing economy, using the analytical approach, the method of comparative analysis and methods of mathematical processing of statistical data.
The statistical data of the state statistics bodies were used as an empirical material.
Evidence of a deterioration in the living conditions of the population and a decrease in the level of comfort in new construction sites is the reduction in the average size of an apartment in newly built housing (in 1995 the average apartment size in the newly constructed housing was 68.2 sq m, in 2010 – 81.5 sq m, in 2016 – 68.7 sq m [1]).
The share of housing attributable to the commercial leasing market varies according to different data from 3% to 7%, which does not reflect the actual situation [6].

A study of potentials showed that a shape-optimized cylinder bore in a 4-cylinder passenger car engine has a fuel saving potential in the range of 1.1% to 1.5%. 25% to 30% of this potential result from a reduction of blow-by losses and piston skirt friction and 40% to 50% from reduced piston ring friction [1].
In the general trend towards weight reduction and minimizing installation space, any increase in rigidity achieved by using more material appears impossible.
The exact material removal data must be known, which requires a complex measuring strategy based on a reference point system.
