This is because the rubber compound network structure is easy to be destroyed at low frequency and the internal friction and internal heat increase, which makes the elastic modulus lower and loss factor (tan δ) higher.
While in high frequency, the rubber compound network structure is not easy to be destroyed and the internal friction is small, which makes the elastic modulus higher and loss factor (tan δ) lower [7].

The obtained CA/TiO2/WO3 electrospun nanofibers were then calcined in carbolite oven at 400 ◦C for 3 hours under controlled Ar gas for the remove CA. 2.3 Characterization and photocatalytic activity testing The crystal structure of TiO2/WO3 powder (prepared by TiO2/WO3 solution was calcined in carbolite at 400 ◦C for 3 hours) in various ratio was evaluated by XRD (D8DISCOVER, Bruker axs).
The absence of the well defined crystal structure of TiO2/WO3 could be due to the interaction between TiO2 and WO3 crystal or TiO2/WO3 partially formed a solid solution.

A 2100F transmittance electron microscope (JEOL, Japan) was utilized to observe the morphology and crystal structure.
The lattice fringes observed in both images are approximately 0.29nm, which agree well with the (200) lattice plane of the cubic structure of PbS [23].
