The strong adhesion between the molecules of the filler component and the PHB chain structures become major obstacles to the mobility of the filler macromolecules within the composite phase.
Until to some extent, the applied force will caused the chain between molecular structure start to rupture and break.

In the case of the acid sample (HVM), there is a decrease in the peak intensity at 6,02º 2θ, however, the structure is still maintained.
Conclusion The results show that leaching did not affect the structure of vermiculite.

The protein could be considered as a flexible polymer chain that adopted different structures depending on the adsorbed amount.
When Ca(OH)2 concentration was more than 1.5%, the foam expansion decreased, the reason may be that Ca(OH)2 concentration was too high, so that excessive protein hydrolysis or complete hydrolysis, this leaded to small molecular weight substances increased in the solution which was not easy to form a mesh structure in high-speed whipping to influence the formation of foam [9] .On the other hand, with an increase of Ca2+ concentration in the solution, protein occurred gathered precipitation and faster drainage, but also difficult to foam formation.

The hydrophilic group exists and can not provide more crosslink structure, which causes poor water resistance and solvent resistance, bad mechanical properties [2,3] of filmed waterborne resin.
IPDI-TMP based waterborne curing agent containing -NCO group that can react with -OH group and -NH group of polyurethane or water, which will make waterborne resin have lots of crosslinking structures and better adhesive properties.

Second, compatible processing conditions have to be established to maintain the properties of the layers in the layered structure and impede the failure of the laminate during fabrication.
A strict control of the colloid chemistry of the mixture and the thermal treatment was performed.
From these results, a layered structure to get a suitable combination of sufficient strength and non-linear behaviour was designed and the green processing and sintering conditions were selected on the basis of those for the monoliths.
