Principal component analysis can be found in process monitoring, fault diagnostics, multivariate statistical process control and reduction of the data dimension [6-10].
The data is shown in Table 1.
The standardized data we obtained from this article is shown in Table 2.
Through processing the data in the table, we can draw the principal component coefficient and principal component expression.
(4) We use the above formula and the standardized data to compute principal component and comprehensive principal component values, and integrated principal component values by sorting.

The AMN overall are produced annually 386.854 tons of RSU ( municipal data 2012) with a per capita average daily production of 0.82 kg / inhabitant; municipal data on the production of RSU have a much diversification thrust between the data of the average daily production per capita Escobar (0.34 kg / inhabitant ) and San Isidro ( 1.29 kg / inhabitant ), which may be due to several factors such as the quality of the data and / or a different urban - industrial and social and / or with the presence of non-formal landfills ( Basurales Cielo Abierto ).
The feasibility study will evaluate these data, through direct analysis, also using the information provided by CEAMSE and provides a projection of the average figure in the urban area of the GBA [2].
In any case, at this stage, the data gives us the order of magnitude of an annual production of RSU total of between 400 - 450.00 tons / year.
The future of management goes through a systematic reduction of waste generation, waste collection extended to all villages, enhancement through the recovery of materials and energy production.
However, the first and the second phase does not have a simple and unequivocal relationship to " cascade " that leads from the first to the second, but they have a two-way relationship of exchange data and interact with each other.

Data resource The data on ecological sensitivity analysis is mainly from remote sensing, DEM data and Enshi city planning.
The remote sensing data is from American NASA Landsat5 Satellite image, and the resolution is 30 meters; the DEM data is from Shuttle Radar Topography Mission of NASA and the resolution is 90 meters; river system of Enshi city comes from basic geographic information data of China; another data is from Enshi city planning.
Structure of urban ecological sensitivity changes rapidly, it performed in the urban sprawl and intense human activity, which caused to ecological services function of urban natural ecosystems continuous reduction.

From the calculation results, the gross pollutant controlling scheme and the pollutants reduction allocation plan were proposed.
To the river that had hydrological data, We selected hydrological data series from the year 1966 to 2006, calculated the monthly average flow for each station over the years 1 to 12 and did P-Ⅲ-type frequency curve-fitting to the traffic per month over these 40 years, The design flow rate obtained guaranteed rate of 90%, 75%, 50% every month.
The river that had no hydrological data, if it was close from the hydrological station, we directly used the design flow from the nearby hydrological station.
According to the analysis of measured data, if the calculation unit was the source segment, the background concentration of COD was 5mg / L, NH3-N was 0.1mg / L.

Bio-Raman Data Analysis Methods.
Multivariate analysis methods have recently become available for extracting substantially more data from the Raman spectra of biological samples [8,9].
PCA analysis finds combinations of variables that describe the major trends in the data.
This technique reduces the dimensionality of the measurement matrix with the goal to represent the data using a smaller number of factors or principal components (PCs).
Therefore, PCA is used as a data compression method and the most significant PCA scores are used as input to a LDA model.

Fig. 3 aluminium foam before and after crushing Fig. 4 localized band in the crushing The loads were available from the data recorded by the test machine; the cross sectional area and original height were calculated from the previous measurements.
Data sampling rate was 100 Hz, and a 300 Hz low pass filter was used to eliminate the high frequency noise.
Acceleration– time history data was recorded for each drop.
The displacement-time relationship was achieved by double integrations of the acceleration-time data, the stress-strain data was achieved as mentioned before.
The corresponding quasi-static data was also presented in the respective figure.

In some regions the deviations between experimental and numerical data are considerable.
For data analysis a special control-measured system was built (Fig. 7).
Acquired experimental data is depicted in Figs. 9¸11.

The inner effect, which affects the binding parameters calculated from the fluorescence data, was corrected in order to obtain accurate data.
The binding parameters such as binding constant, the number of binding sites and binding force were obtained from the fluorescence data.
Origin 7.5 software was employed for data analysis.
The corrected fluorescent quenching data were analyzed according to the Stern-Volmer Eq.2 and its plots for the quenching of HSA by MNC were shown in Fig.2.
The results presented here provided credible data and theoretical basis for further investigations of the pharmaceutical potential of MNC, and its possible uses in monitoring biological functions.
