Introduction
Nano materials are such an excellent material that in the past few years, materials with nano structures have attracted much interest due to their remarkable physical and chemical properties.
Since these nano sized materials have many advantages, part of it is they have a high surface area compared to micro sized materials and high solubility.
Among these superior nanostructure materials, TiO2 (Titanium Dioxide) nanostructures have emerged as one of the most promising materials due to its stability, non-toxicity and low cost [1].
Materials and the Preparation of TiO2 solutio Sol-gel method was used in order to prepare TiO2 solution.

It has the advantage of selective heating certain element within multiphase materials because the different ability to absorb microwaves of different materials.
For strong absorbing materials, it can be heated quickly by the microwave.
The sample U is crushed from raw materials.

Introduction
Presently, concrete is one of the most commonly used building materials, which plays an important role in all types of buildings and structures.
However, as application environments of buildings become more and more complex, rate dependence of concrete materials has been paid more attention to.
Multi-axis Dynamic Properties of Concrete Concrete materials in actual structures are usually not unilateral to bear load, especially under seismic dynamic load, concrete stress is more complex.
