In these days the minerals in itself is not valuable, but bio-oxidation of pyrite is economically very important for pretreatment of gold ores, because tiny gold grains are often present in pyrite as well as arsenopyrite.
Laser Raman spectroscopy is much useful for mineralogical identification compared than FTIR because the information in low wave number region is available [3].

Increased heat treatment temperature led to the densification of granules along with the coarsening of grains and pores, which served as a space for drug loading.
The granules were β phase (JCPDS number of 9-169) after heat treatment at both 1000 and 1200°C, according the X-ray diffraction analysis. 20 mm 20 mm (a) (b) Fig. 1.

The process was developed initially for aluminium alloys, but since then FSW was found suitable for joining a large number of materials.
The different structure of the two alloys is easily identified; the 6061-T6 is characterized by larger grains and the 6082-T6 by precipitates dispersed in a finer matrix.

MoSi2 is fairly compatible with a large number of carbide, nitride, oxide and boride including SiC, TiC, Si3N4, ZrO2, Al2O3, Y2O3, TiB2 and ZrB2, etc [1,2].
The fracture paths and crack tips were easily measured because of the optical activity of the various phase grains under polarized light.

It is a more perfect material which preserves its mechanical and chemical properties for a long time and can accept a large number of radioactive elements contained in radioactive wastes into the lattice.
The grain size ranges from 15 to 25μm.

Therefore, an improvement in mechanical properties of welded Al alloy sheet would be necessary in order to increase the number of aluminum's potential applications.
Microstructures in the stir zone were observed to evolve into fine equiaxed grains under every FSW condition.

However, SEM/EDS observations on chalcopyrite grains during its bioleaching with Sulfolobus metallicus have shown that oxidation of sulphur compounds is not solely linked to the action of attached microorganisms [5].
The number of free cells in solution was determined by direct microscope counting using a Petroff-Hausser chamber.

So far a number of studies have reported that the appropriate microstructure can provide ideal conditions for osteoinduction.
If ceramics with higher HAp/TCP ratio 60/40 are desired, sintering of calcium deficient hydroxyapatite or mixture of hydroxyapatite and apatitic tricalcium phosphate is preferred because of smaller grain size and larger microporosity.

On the other hand the number of Cr particles striking the cathode is proportional to current density.
The film deposited by sputtering has a much smaller grain size than that by electroplating.
