Figure.1 Definition parameters of inclination angle of cutting tool
Figure.2 5-axis machine with flat end mill
Figure.3 Cutting point coordinate system
M.Javad Barakchi Fard et al. proposed the method of deciding the optimum tool posture for 5-axis control machining with a flat end mill based on the infinitesimal machining volume or the infinitesimal machining area.[3][4][5] This method enables the optimum tool posture to be acquired, but since the optimum tool posture has to be searched from all the tool postures, the computation time is not taken into consideration.

In their review Smith et al. [1] reported that microbiological spoilage, including bacteria, yeast and mold, is the major problem in bakery products that can cause economic loss to bakery manufacturers as well as rendering them unsafe to consumers.
He et al. [9] reported that the intensive absorption peak at around 1450 nm is related to water absorption, corresponding to the first overtones of O-H stretching and, in these samples, water molecules contained most of the O-H bonds, which can absorb NIR electromagnetic waves.
Deng et al. [10] also reported that the water loss, including both non-binding and binding water molecules, required less energy absorbed from electromagnetic waves, reflecting more energy back into the lens of the hyperspectral camera.

Sheng Kuichuan et al. found that straight blade has obvious advantages for cutting hard material stem [3-5].
Work reported by Zhang Jinguo et al. shows that to cut off the high water content straw, in the case of a fixed knife, there need 40m/s cutting speed above.

Experimental
A Cu-Zn-Sn-Al copper alloy was used in this study.
Fig. 2(a)-(d) display the optical metallographs for the Cu-Zn-Sn-Al specimens after RT tensile deformation at four different strain-rates.
Fig. 6 Experimental and Johnson-Cook model fitting curves of the Cu-Zn-Sn-Al alloy under high strain-rate compressive deformation.
This suggests that the present specially-made Cu-Zn-Sn-Al alloy has a relative stronger strain-rate-hardening effect.

We investigate in the present contribution, two different groups of alloys namely the AS13 (Al-13%Si in weight) and the AS10G (Al-10%Si-0.35%Mg in weight).
This typical morphology is mainly due to the irregular character of Al-Si eutectic alloys.
The AlSi10Mg as-cast microstructure (fig. 1. b) is marked by the dominant presence of α-Al dendrites resulting from the deviation with regard to the eutectic composition in the Al-Si phase diagram.
