In the case of thin silicon wafers, the
number of total reflections inside the silicon wafer increases, so the intensity of the transmitted
infrared radiation should become lower.
The wafer was polished by pressing the polishing cloth under pressure (9 kPa) onto the silicon wafer while diamond slurry (average grain diameter 1µm) was dripped on to it.

The storage of a large number of red muds both occupies land, waste resources and easily leads to environmental pollution.
Red mud with fine grain size, softness, strong plastic is similar to clay, which can be used to replace clay to produce brick [1-2].

Data transition is the important problem for the platform.
The fine grained XML database is applied for the system, which guarantees the system going well.Fig.6 and Fig.7 is the interface of system.

Introduction
The I-III-VI2 ternary compounds can crystallize in the tetragonal chalcopyrite structure and form a large number of semiconducting materials.
No grain boundary could be visually observed, and Miyake reported the Laue pattern of CuGaSe2 single crystal grown by the identical THM [10].

In the first approximation, it could be said that the composition between x = 0.50 is close to the
morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) of this system, where the structure of the
Pb0.97Sr0.03[(Mn1/3Nb2/3)0.07(Zn1/3Nb2/3)0.06(Zr(1-x)Tix)0.87]O3 compositions is gradually changing
from pseudo-cubic to tetragonal.
This is due to the increased ease of reorientation during poling by the transformation of a number of 180° domains into 90° ones.

The spherical steel powder grains are bonded by polymer, after reaction between the solvent
and the metal-polymer granules.
Bronze infiltrated steel is a typical system, which can be used for a large number of applications, including mould inserts for plastic injection.

A number of pits with 1-3 mm in depth were noticed on the surface of the boule.
These defects could be devided into mainly two types: the first one was grain boundaries which displayed mountain chain morphology, and the second one was dislocation pile-up that occurred near the boundaries.

The grains are plate-like with a high density of stacking faults
and dislocations predominantly lying within {0001} planes [3].
Because the good ductility of the Cu-Al alloy, the meshes of the net were elongated along the direction of tensile stress, and consequently formed a larger number of dimples on the fracture face.

The large numbers of glasses are available from recycling activity of industrial wastes lead to the new applications [4].
The strength of metal matrix composite could be influenced by the dislocation generated in the matrix, the distribution of reinforcement in the matrix, the texture produced from mechanical deformation, the texture produced from crystallographic orientation, interface bonding between matrix-reinforcement and the grain size of the matrix composites.

The ZnAlO nanopowders used here are prepared by a co-precipitation method according to Ref. 11, which have average grain sizes of 30 ~ 50 nm).
Here, the kL can be calculated by kL = k - ke = k- LsT, where ke is the electronic thermal conductivity, L is the Lorenz number, about 1.5 × 10-8 V2 K-2 in non-degenerate semiconductors with acoustic scattering.[12] At low temperatures (<350K), the samples with ZnAlO have obtained lower k compared with that of BiTeSe.
