To store high-pressure hydrogen at 70 MPa in the tank and to reduce the weight of the tank, 7000 series (Al-Zn-Mg (-Cu) series) aluminum alloys, which have higher strength than 6000 series, have also been examined as candidate liner materials.
Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the fatigue properties of the liner materials in a hydrogen environment.
Thus, it will be important to clarify how the impact properties of the liner materials are affected by hydrogen and fatigue to ensure the safety of high-pressure hydrogen tanks installed in FCVs.
This stress fluctuation is caused by a spherical wave and the structure of the attachment jig, not an inherent phenomenon of the materials [9].

Compared to conventional WC materials it does not contain any metallic binder phase any more.
This points out the need for an adapted molding process and the development of mold materials with thermal expansion properties matching those of optical glasses.
