Some scholars established the local contact model of spline shaft in the process of cold rolling forming, and analyzed the metal flow and some nodes’ movement of the deformation area; and then some experiments is carried out, the results show that the spline after cold rolling processing metal organization has not been cut off, grain crushing and refining, dislocation density increases, eventually be drawn into a bar fibrous tissue, metal flow law of the five types of deformation of metal flow is determined by the Law of Minimum Resistance [10,11].

To increase their strength, these steels make full use of such measures as grain refinement, solid solution strengthening, precipitation strengthening or dislocation strengthening and so on.
The number of parameters affecting the quality of products is not only so many, but the analysis and control of residual stress is very difficult.

Here, io represents the exchange current density; aα , the
anodic charge transfer coefficient; z, the charge transfer number; F, Faraday constant; R, the ideal
gas constant; T is the temperature.
In our recent work, it is suggested that the ceramic reinforcements prevent the grain growth and the resulting fine microcrystallite enhances the mechanical properties such as yield strength, ultimate tensile strength and elongation.

Studies
show that coated carbides offer significant advantages, thus a number of them were used to increase wear
rates [2, 3].
